Re: Goten or Tien? Who was more mistreated in Super?
Tenshinhan is inarguably a more relevant character than Goten in both versions of Super , which is a bit weird. I think this is a debate of active mistreatment vs. aggressive indifference. I think, for Tien, at least he got to do some cool stuff in RoF and the Moro arc. And the anime threw him some...

Re: Is DBS Krillin On Par With Namek Freeza?
Not necessarily Freeza's 100% power but at least some degree of 4th Form Freeza? Krillin was able to be sensed by Goku in deep space which is a first for any Human character in DB. ...Or does Krillin still have some way to go? Anime Krillin is on another level. The anime humans have been leaps and ...

Bulma, definitely. Other than that, I could see Caulifla much much later. Other than that, IDK. I can't see anyone attracting his attention or tricking him into marriage.

Re: Do you prefer many short arcs or fewer long arcs?
I love a nice long arc especially one with many twists and turns over the course of the story being told. I like when it's all given time to breathe and allow development for the rich cast of characters that the series has accrued.

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
So Uh, This is way more interesting than I had ever anticipated. https://ibb.co/F4CD055 Good! I was always wondering what was going on with 7-3. Such as who created such a sophisticated android? It felt like too throwaway of a reveal. Hopefully we get more details about that. Maybe it somehow ties ...

Re: Why Didn't Goku Teach Piccolo the Kaio-ken?
because goku feared that piccolo will become the main character. Nice! I still think Piccolo would be the perfect candidate for the technique. If he can improve his stamina then it's likely his healing factor and the kaioken would synergize nicely. In my opinion, in the original manga it's implicit...

Re: How would you live your life if you get to be Dodoria?
What course of action would you take? Probably no differently. I might be a little more careful and try harder not to get killed by Vegeta. If I had knowledge of future events, I'd do everything differently. I'd betray Frieza and lay low until I was wished to Earth and then I would live there after...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Moro arc = Vegeta and Goku are the only characters that have any development at all. I think there was a fair amount of development to go along. Nothing groundbreaking outside of those you mentioned, Merus and Buu, but still, I don't think the others were stagnant in the least. Yamcha even gained m...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
So, we've seen quite literally half a dozen panels from the next arc so far, and we're already getting the expressions of disappointment and the group opining on " now, y'see, the real problem with Dragon Ball Super is... " Good grief. Bodes well for the future. As a wise man once said, it r...

Re: Is Super Saiyan Blue redundant?
Yes. It removed everything that made SsjG unique in favor of a literal Ssj1 recolor. What makes things worse is how lackluster its introduction was, Goku and Vegeta just transform with no build up or anything. It doesn't help that the actual transformation itself is also underwhelming. Right! What ...

Re: Is SSJ Worth Anything Anymore???
I mean it's good for conserving energy/holding back. Most DB fights involve a gradual increase in displays of power anyways, so yeah. It raises another question about stamina. Do these forms just use less power/stamina or do they rely on a different pool of ki from the god forms? If its the second,...

Re: What If Cell never gain his perfect form?
Anyone can compress their chi and hide In universe 7, it's a technique unique to the earthling martial artists and a few others. That's why they were so effective on Namek. The raising and lowering of ki in general is a component of ki control, which is something Vegeta first learned from his conta...

Re: What If Cell never gain his perfect form?
I've thought about this before and he seems set on the androids rather then just absorbing humans. I think even if he could get stronger he'd be like less smart and durable and have less ki control at the same battle power, there's obviously a reason other then raw power he wants to evolve, it's st...

Re: What If Cell never gain his perfect form?
Homies I have an interesting idea for a future video that should get MasakoX interested in if he wants to. What If? Cell never gain his perfect form. Not even his Semi-Perfect form. Cell still absorbs 17 & 18 but never transform. Just basically gets stronger as even Toriyama once said Imperfect Cel...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
So nothing came of the merged Namek, I thought he'd get absorbed by Piccolo or something. He just got Warfed by Moro but he had no individual feats, at least it showed the Nameks are less passive and willing to fight back organisedly these days and learned since Freeza but yeah, wonder if they spli...

Re: Is Super Saiyan Blue redundant?
They've basically been undercutting the God Forms since RoF. SSG and SSB have been repeatedly hit the hardest. In the movies: In ROF the introduction of SSGSS made the original SSG irrelevant, because even with the name it's conveyed that SSGSS is much stronger than SSG. SSG really had no time to br...

Re: Why has DB gone so crazy with new forms?
They really should have left everyone around Boo saga strength aside from maybe Goku due to the Beerus connection. There really doesn't feel like much of a difference watching the fights. This is the secret I'm really wanting them to realize. They don't need to keep drastically scaling up the power...
