Re: If Goku joined the Justice League...
Without going into any kind of power vs. power discussion, I'd personally equate Goku's relationship with the Justice League to that one episode of the JL cartoon where Lobo helped them fight Kalibak (sp?). Basically they'd tolerate him for one adventure, and then immediately tell him to go the hell ...

Yeah, I wondered how Cold knew about Buu as well, that's another reason I'd like to see a more thorough exploration of that clan's history and how they know so much.

That would have been my original guess, that Kaioshin was just a lot more discreet than Beerus ...

Re: Is Kaioshin a liar?
That answer works for me!
I'd really like to see Toyotaro or someone really delve into the Frieza clan backstory a little. I find it fascinating that there would be a clan/race of lizard folk out in the universe that was powerful enough to conquer most of it and have at least some knowledge of its ...

Is Kaioshin a liar?
This is a totally pointless question and probably can't be answered based on any existing materials, but it's something that popped into my head while mowing the lawn the other day.
At the beginning of the Boo saga when Kaioshin (east Kaioshin?) first appears, he claims that he's stronger than ...

Re: The potential of Cell
I think Cell would make a good anti hero or anti villian, he would be definitely more controllable than Frieza in terms of behavior.
I like this idea. I'm not entirely sure how Cell's personality came together, but didn't he show signs of shared memories with the other characters? He at least ...

Re: Thought Experiments and Logic Bombs
I like this sort of stuff. Dragon balls in a capsule? I don't see why you can't do that, but I don't see why a dragon radar wouldn't detect them. I know Pilaf had a special box made early in the series that would hide the balls' energy signature, but I don't imagine capsules have that same effect ...

Re: The potential of Cell
I was wondering about this the other day too, I'd love to see Cell come back "Resurrection C" style. All the above points are valid, he'd have massive potential, in light of seeing what Frieza could achieve through training as well as what we already knew about the Saiyans.

Re: Thought Experiments and Logic Bombs
Thought this would make for an interesting topic! The idea is that we post thought experiments and logic bombs on a more technical level than in What If.
My example is: If you put the Dragon Balls inside a Capsule, would the Dragon Radar detect them?

Re: So why was movie Broly so weak compared to Kale's form?
I had a theory about this. If I'm remembering the first Broli movie correctly, his father had been actively suppressing Broli's full potential pretty much his whole life using some sort of power-suppressing collar, and Broli had to break that off to go into his berserker form. Kale on the other hand ...

Re: How can Vegeta counter the Kaioken?
I'd have Vegeta master that rage he demonstrated from Bulma being slapped, he could encase his passionate anger within SSJB and then his hair, eyes, and aura would turn a violet, purplish color. Making it SSJV or Rage Master Vegeta I guess.
His power could fire up as much as his anger allows him ...

Re: Can Frieza sense power levels now?
Cool, I was wondering if there had been a line of dialog or something I might have missed and it seems like there was, so thanks guys for clarifying this for me. My follow up question would have been whether his sensing SSB Goku's ki was a contradiction of what Whis had said earlier about sensing ...

Re: Can Frieza sense power levels now?
I know Vegeta learned it after his fight with Goku, but they made a point of emphasizing the fact. I just thought it was a little odd that Frieza would learn it without some sort of mention, like "Now I can sense you without my scouter!" especially considering how dependent he and his army were on ...

Can Frieza sense power levels now?
I'm just now catching up with the Ressurrection F episodes of Super on Cartoon Network, and from the way Frieza's been talking and acting, it seems to me like he can actually sense Goku's fighting power now. A major point of the original Frieza Saga was that he and his minions were incapable of ...

Ultimate Gohan was stupid. My favourite versions of Gohan are Kid Gohan from the Namek arc and the Great Saiyaman.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
I wasn't really sure what the best place was to ask this question, but what I wanted to know is if there are guidebooks or anything that collect all the artwork from the Dragon Ball Heroes cards. I love the artwork and character designs, canon or non-canon I don't care, but I don't really want to ...

Re: Do you like SSJ3 being a failed transformation?
I like the idea. Goku seems to be eager to push every technique to its practical limit and beyond, so it makes sense that he'd create SS3, and is now experimenting with Kaioken within SSGSS form. I always wondered why Vegeta could never achieve SS3 in canon, but reading some of the comments here I ...
