I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me on this, but I recall hearing from someone here on this forum that 16:9 is a requirement for Blu-Rays, so when 4:3 content is being used, the pillar bars on the sides are part of the actual video in order to make it work. This of course would mean that most ...

I don't think the PAL version of 'The Legend' had an English release. Just Spanish/Portuguese/French.

Two questions:

1- I can change the dialogue from English to Japanese?

2- After the animated cutscene about Tullece and Slug we have a dialogue that in English is dubbed but it seems in Japanese is not? Is that just a beta thing? Because if not why they would dub a part that intentionally was not ...

Some corrections and extra information for Australia :

Dragon Ball Z aired concurrently on both Network Ten and Cartoon Network, as part of it's Toonami block.
Network Ten was always slightly ahead of Cartoon Network.
The first two seasons (the Ocean dub seasons) were combined into Season 1.

I would imagine the delay is due to something like marketing reasons. Considering you can already play the game in English it's not on account of content.

It used to hover around 40-50c until about 7 years ago. I wouldn't count on it rising back up to $1 any time soon.
