The two tv specials had dark and sad moments, but the darkest moment to me was when Piccolo died in GT. I was like, "what the heck?" Then they went and had him end up in HFIL.......that made me mad.

My dad used to make jokes about DBZ all the time when I watched it on Cartoon Network. I for one have been a fan of Dragon Ball Z for about eight years now, buying edited/uncut tapes and then DVDs, and I will be purchasing the sets. I agree that they shouldn't be cropped, but at the very worst if Funimation re-releases these sets again in full screen, I'll just sell my old sets at EB ...
