I can get a bootleg of the entire VCD set rather cheaply, but I'm unsure as to if this audio will be on it.

Christmas is here, and no matter how much I want it to see, I just don't have the money.

The Levels sold poorly due to the fact they were released on the tail end of a previous release and the Orange Bricks were still selling well if I remember correctly. Now..if they released the levels in place of these season sets, it would be a different story.

I can handle 16:9 as long as it is done as well, or no worse than Kai was. It's the colours and grain I worry about. I brought the Orange Boxes to show support, but I can't physically watch it. I still haven't watched the series through.

I really want a blu-ray release. I loved the levels sets, and I was watching the series through via the levels sets but lost momentum when they were cancelled.

Now, I don't want to be one of those annoying fans that will be attacked for saying this, but although I have my gripes with the 16:9 ...

Can someone explain this release to me? Is it specific to the Z version of the manga or the entire Manga.. And is there any word on wether this is actually uncensored, or wether the term is being thrown around as a buzzword?

The bootleg is Malaysian, it includes malaysian, english & chinese subs. It also includes the Cantonese dub, which is cool.

The box covered 2 fat back DVD cases. Both with their own cover art. Box 1 was DB & DBGT, box 2 was DBZ. The inside of the cases have plastic CD sleeves holding the discs. I'll up pics & footage tomorrow. I didn't keep the cardboard box. It was a lot more tacky in real life.

I have these. Some great translation errors e.g. Dende is Tintin. I can upload footage if someone wants. The source used is the dragonboxes, and even with all the compression (Z is on 9 discs) it still looks better than the OBs.

I'm going to go out on a limb and ask: Is this possible with the orange bricks?

I know a lot of peopkle will ask what the point is, but I'm simply asking if the orange bricks are still in a workable state, and whether a POC exists.

Okay, Dragonball Z has had many different releases both official and unofficial. One thing that is never the same on these releases though, is the quality of the Japanese audio. Which release has the best audio source? The orange box is horribly muffled yet the malaysian bootleg I have is vhs clear ...

I'm just really annoyed... Atleast give the Dragonboxes another run. Otherwise we're back to square one (or should I say rectangle Widescreen)
