I believe that is Super Vegeta. Base and SSJ Vegeta are already there.

Not, that's probably a mistake from the editor. Or Mr. Toriyama wrote it down and forgot about it, so Piccolo never used Masenko.

A note in the manga says it's Piccolo's signature move, even though we've never seen him use it. Didn't he use it against Goku in the 23rd Budokai, when Goku countered it with a Super Kamehameha? Nope. Piccolo extended his arms in the air, charged ki into them, and then extended both hands forwards...

As long as they put GT Chibi Goku, Future Gohan, and some new costumes (Goku and Gohan in Saiyan Armor, Goku in GT Gi) I'll be satisfied.
