Re: Seed of Might: Dragon Ball Z Color Correction trailer
What are the DB and GT V2 that are mentioned in the Q&A section of the movie page ? Is it a further color correct ?
Various fixes to the CC along with tweaked subtitles and further audio upgrades. Here's a snippet from our FAQ of our upcoming work from the iKaos update from last month, so its a ...

Re: Seed of Might: Dragon Ball Z Color Correction trailer
The color corrected movies are out; Seed of Might has been cooking behind the scenes this past year. This has been a good week for Dragon Ball fans. :D
Thank you so much to the entire team for this amazing project, as you've done what none of the right holders managed to do. We can finally say ...

Never understood why go through a lot of work to give a lossy output.
I guess I've always saved lossless proxies for all the [redacted]'s work files I fix up.
At least for all the projects our releases have.
To me it seems redundant, that's all, but thank you for taking the time to offer this.

Re: Daima and its implications for the Battle of the Gods
I'm just so confused. I'm confused, HURT, and pissed off that they've been hiding this from us. That Super didn't acknowledge the form at all. It cheapens Super.
I saw this and I had to come out of retirement to say something: it truly doesn't matter. Seek help. Its just a cartoon. This isn't ...

As long as you have a MS Account, you can "buy" the season. I did it last night without turning on my 360. I just clicked on the link and bought them, logged in with my info and I could watched them on my computer.

But, at the same time, that shot you've given us clearly suffers from a red tint. Shame on both sides IMO.
have they turned down the DNR since the first set? It kind of looks that way, but I'm not the right person to comment. How does this work out? Is season one really that much more damaged ...

Re: Anyone catch this?
I recently bought the Cowboy Bebop set from Japan, and man oh man, that is great. Sure it's 1080i for some strange reason, but the quality of the picture and audio blew me away.
They had to leave it interlaced because the show was a mixture of cel animation in 24p and digital animation in 29.97i ...

Thanks for the heads-up, Krycek7o2 . I'm a little bummed you went and disparaged a fellow community member in your response over there, though. There's absolutely nothing wrong with explaining what you feel are faults or mistakes in the production of a product, much like folks are continuing to do ...

Re: Anyone catch this?
Thank you! That's all you need! Volume, followed by a number. But, yet again that's not common with DVD releases.
"Season" is commonly used with DVD/Blu-Ray releases because most TV shows are produced in distinct seasons.
I was mainly referring to Dragon Ball in general. Trust me, I have way too ...

Re: Anyone catch this?
NO. They should NEVER use "season". They don't know what that means.
I never really understood their dropping of "Saga" for "Season." But for the general audience, it makes perfect sense.
They don't know what "saga" means, either.
Nothing that "VOLUME" can't fix.

For the general audience, it makes perfect sense. They won't know what the hell is the Black Star Saga, but if it's "Season 1," that's all that matters.penguintruth wrote:NO. They should NEVER use "season". They don't know what that means.

It's also possible that they honestly made a mistake.
Anyway, I'm more interested in Dragon Boxes than Funimation's own remaster.
I'm the opposite. I'm pretty much done with DVD at this point. The R2 DBoxes will do for me, I'd much rather wait for an HD remaster of the series. Whether it's Toei ...

I can only hope they use more than just one recurring piece over and over.dbboxkaifan wrote:If they use solely Dragon Ball Z BGM Collection - Majin Buu BGMs I won't have a reason to complain, I loved the BGMs and they won't be overused to death like it happened with Cell's BGM from the Saiyan saga to Cell's.
