I brought the Daizenshuu up because you made it sound as if they a were trying to say the 50x multiplier only fits for FPSSJ. Which isn't the case. I would not give a specific multiplier in the battle against Freeza, but I could tell you, it would be less than 20X. Even ignoring the SEG multipliers, which don't contradict anything, the manga has enough implications that prove that SS3 Gotenks is many times stronger than SS3 Goku:
