Heh, what's more, Kinya Aikawa was also the original Japanese "Racer X" from Speed Racer, aka Mach Go! Go! Go! :lol:

But his Roshi voice in the anniversary special makes kittens melt and eats dead bodies. It's BA----D, basically.

Eh, I wouldn't consider Clyde's work really all that bad. I find them excellent, especially considering he was still a greenhorn(where DVD translation is concerned, anyway) when he did these.

But, as good as he is, Steve still outdoes him in one way or another.

To rationalize a bit, I don't think the guy was shot in an instant-kill place, he probably would be able to live for a short while, and maybe talk.

Yes, but they added a line to sugar-coat, meaning Viz is UNNECCESARILY TAMPERING with the manga material, like they do oh-so-often nowadays...which ...
