The thing is that my avatar is originally 300 x 300 or something between these lines and, obviously, I don't want to post it as fully-sized. Now ...

To answer your first question, I likely doubt (almost sure, but I might be wrong) that Goku was using a Kaio-Ken 10x , and I can't remember anything that implied that he could stand it, except when he fough Freeza, which was, obviously, after facing Ginyu. And Vegeta NEVER reached 180.000 ...

Yes all controllers are universally the same on all of there respective consoles. You won't find a 360 controller anywhere that has square and triangle.
