Doesn't Frieza's soldiers have a power level over 1000 at the very least? How does Master Roshi stand a chance against any of them?

Toriyama said that the blue hair is suppose to represent weaker power than the red hair. So I guess this form is weaker than Goku's God form in BOG. Plus, why is it blue anyways? He turned SSJ in BOG after having the God ...

-It becomes clear that Golden Frieza has the same weakness as before(he has an issue with stamina fighting at max power)

What about that picture of Freeza's final form choking Vegeta with his tail? Seems to imply that Vegeta was weaker than Freeza before Freeza ever powered up to his final evolution gold form.

This was before Vegeta went Blue SSJ with Godly energy or whatever it is called now, I guess.

Does Frieza transform from his first form STRAIGHT to his final form? Or does he transform into all his forms?
