I think it is pretty much implied that Vegeta is more powerful than Piccolo in the Cell Games, so he wins

Piccolo + Tenshinhan Potara with kaioken x20(Boo Arc) vs Pure Boo
Goku's suicide attack would fail for the same reason that it failed for Vegeta, regeneration. We'd just get Super Perfect Cell a bit sooner.

Even if the humans could overpower him, Kami has his "quiet as the sky, fast as lightning" fighting style. It would look like Goku vs Mr Popo, except with three victims.

The way I view Potara is that the greater the power difference between the two fusees is, the less the fusion actually increases your strength. Goku and Vegeta, who were almost equals, got a massive boost. Kibito and Kaioshin were much farther apart, so their boost wasn't as impressive. When Old Kaioshin fused with that witch, his power actually went down! A Kaioken x20 might give Picshinhan (or Tenshincolo) enough power to surpass Kid Boo, but with Boo's regeneration and Kaioken's weaknesses, Boo would take rather easily.

Yamcha, cause' he's a baseball star player and has the looks to be able to sell his image for bilions of zenis, much like IRL sport players Beckham or Ronaldo.

Yeah, Kaioken is about the worst way to get strong enough to fight Buu (next to SSJ3).

Not to mention that Odin has demonstrated the exact same feat that B eerus did, except on a multiversal level. What's B eerus gonna do? Punch him? Odin's wrestled.with Galactic.
Odin doesn't use any of those powers in battle though. He did not wrestle with Galactus, that is very out of context. Odin anticipated Galactus' arrival early on and had loads of prep time where he crafted armors, then he put all of his strength into one headbutt that knocked both him and Galactus out simultaneously, except Galactus eventually woke up first. And the headbutt was kind of a sucker punch too, Galactus didn't even get the chance to fight back. That is actually a prime example of the way Odin fights, which isn't very different from his son, or from Dragon Ball characters for that matter. If Odin's time control was so great, why didn't he use it against Galactus?

Also what are you referring to when you say Odin is multiversal? To my understanding it's still under debate on whether he's legitimately galactic level, his only showings in that regard are a narrator statement from like 30 years ago, and his evil counterpart doing something to a galaxy, neither of which is very solid.

Granted the Thor mythos is not my area of expertise. When it comes to Marvel I usually stick with the street level guys mostly, but I have seen many debates on Comic Vine and this is what I've learned to be the general consensus. I had thought for sure Beerus could beat Odin now, and even go rounds with Galactus now that he's confirmed universal.
And furthermore, now that I think about it, if we're bringing Odin's time and matter manipulation abilities into this, why can't Beerus make use of his own hax? Imprison Odin in a sword or paralyze his body with a glare, things like that. Overall I do think Beerus can beat Odin, and I don't think you're giving Dragon Ball enough credit compared to Marvel.

Battle Conditions: This is battle is set in the Dying Planet Namek, Goku has only 2 minutes to defeat Tullece and scape with a Saiyan Pod that is 5000m away from the battlefield, he can't use Instant Transmission. Can he make it?

Chaoz one shots.
Yamcha is stronger than Ginyu but he is incompetent enough to lose thanks to Guldo's abilities.
Tenshinhan murders everyone with his tongue.
Gohan powers up to his Ultimate form and one shots Vegeta.
Is that Cyborg Tao? If so Tao beats Roshi up. If not then Roshi powers up to his Buff form and wrecks.
17 and 18 die the same way their future counterparts did against Future Trunks.

In the anime, Tien made huge gains on King Kai's planet in a very short time, going from sub-Nappa level to capable of battling and defeating two Ginyu Force members simultaneously. By the end of the Namek arc Vegeta was obviously the stronger of the two thanks to his numerous Zenkais, but then Tien spent an additional year or so on King Kai's planet training even further. And the Bojack movie proved that he never lost pace with the base Saiyans, as he was able to force Trunks into Super Saiyan during their fight.

So my question is, in the anime/Toei canon, if tensions between Vegeta and Tien reached a boiling point right before Mecha-Freeza arrived on Earth, who would win between them? Also a bit of reasoning beyond just listing their name would be appreciated.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

Every Dragon Ball character stomps until Nam vs Dhalism. At that point they get a little more debatable. But most of the time Street Fighter characters are only a little bit superhuman.

When Goku returns to Earth, his two guesses for who beat Freeza are Vegeta and Piccolo, and I'm pretty sure this is consistent in all versions, or at least between the manga and the anime. This would imply that whatever version of events and weird trains of Toei logic you use, Vegeta would still win this one.

Literally no way of knowing yet, this is impossible to answer until we see them in action.

Kid Goku (Dragon Ball Minus) vs. Xenomorph Queen from Aliens

Who wins this one? If it's too one sided then make it the queen from the first AVP movie.

But keep in mind the last time Goku saw Tenshinhan in action was at the 23ed Budokai. He was not aware of Tenshinhan's immense gains at King Kai's planet, nor of the fact that Tenshinhan, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu beat the Ginyu Force. Nobody was powered up at the time so Goku couldn't have been sensing them, he just guessed that it must have been Vegeta or Piccolo.
