The summary says Satan became a god himself. So I'd think he has at least the boost of Super Saiyan with God power absorbed since he looks like an SSJ too. So Satan stomps everyone effortlessly. Though he'd always do that against any opponent. We saw him beat Goku after he absorbed the god power in base form.

-Videl wins easily... Gohan said himself that Videl is even stronger than Mr. Satan
-We settled this repeatedly before... Chi-Chi easily one-shots Videl... hell, I have her losing to even Kid Chi-Chi. This is not even a debate.
-Everyone of Team 2 is still too weak to do any damage to Majin Boo. So they all get tired and Boo whips them all out.

Doesn't Old Kai's ritual take you far beyond your limits/potential though? That's what makes it different from all the other similar things in the series.

That's actually an interesting one because Roshi doesn't exactly use his moonbusting buffed Kamehameha on martial-arts opponents, nor would Genkai give him time to do so. Their striking strength should be in about the same ballpark, but I think Genkai and YYH characters of her class have displayed greater speed than the likes of Roshi? But then Roshi does have a greater variety of techniques, so I dunno, maybe 60/40 Genkai.

-Satan uses his powers of persuasion to win and look good on camera. It's also so he won't have to use his God Satan power.
-Chi Chi stomps so hard it isn't funny. It's a bigger massacre than Spopovich vs Videl.
-Fat Boo falls asleep and no one can harm him. Unless Goten and Trunks can become Gotenks, this fight is so one sided in Boo's favor. It's even worse if you count Super as Super does not like other characters outside the holy 4 being useful.

Sure it does. Just like how Kaioshin is afraid of anything with an M on it's forehead, Gohan needs his hand held if he wants to succeed, Vegeta throws away victory if it means he can get a better fight, and Mr. Satan is so lucky the laws of the universe allow him to find a way to win every time.

But despite all of those occurring in the original series, you wouldn't--in matches on this thread--have Kaioshin auto-lose to Yamu/Spopovich, have Gohan auto-lose any 1v1 match no matter the opponent, have Vegeta auto-lose any fight against a weaker foe, or have Mr. Satan auto-win against any opponent ever.

So, like...you don't need to bring up "Super's plot doesn't like them" as part of any match involving Goten/Trunks/18/Piccolo/etc. It's not really relevant, and has nothing to do with whether or not they could logically beat Buu, whether it takes place in Super's time or not. It's not like Buu's god-tier. (I don't think they'd beat him, granted, but that's just...a really odd reason.)
