So I connected all the sentences and this is the final summary of what sneak peek of episode 18 says.
Whis and Gokû arrive at Beerus' planet. There they are reunited with Vegeta, who's grown in strength since he last saw Gokû. Gokû's really excited to get to train under Whis, but first they have to change the sleeping Beerus' bedsheets. Vegeta is Frustrated with Goku appearance. "No longer able to monopolize Whis' training, things get a little less interesting for Vegeta. Moreover, Vegeta gets ticked off at Goku's spontaneous behavior in the midst of training."

This should hearken Goku back to his training with the Turtle Elder...menial tasks first like delivering milk but now (in essence) you have to change the cat litter...

So will Vegita consider himself to be Goku's senpai? That would be fun...

Hard to believe Champa/Vados will debut without their voice actors to be announced first.
I was expecting this week Weekly Shounen Jump to have that info and shot out their debut, but seems like not. Can't remember a time when such thing ever happened.

Toei has always been very unpredictable when it comes to new voice actors and announcements. In One Piece, sometimes they make a big deal, but in others we only find it out in advance if someone lets it slip on twitter or something.

I'm guessing Champa and Vados won't be voiced by big names, but i might be wrong.

I kind of doubt they'll be voiced by young actors, if only so that there can be an eventual widespread re-casting down the line when Gokuu and the other main characters are recast.

What has me curious is what 21 mentions about Gohan, and 22 doesn't have a title, but seems to have a description that mentions something about Tagoma with a body power-up like Ginyu or...I don't know? Could be interesting if the titles are real. I don't officially buy them without a proper magazine scan though, rather than some image someone just threw together.

It's just another random image from one of the "I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS, BUT IT'S NEWS!" social media account guys. He just slaps random crap on top of random crap without knowing what any of it says. I don't think even he's trying to pass it off as a legit image from a magazine or anything; he has zero design sensibility, and that's just what he tosses out on his page(s?) to get the clicks.

It does match up with the episode descriptions we got previously with and old friend visiting Bulma for ep 20.

Yes, but just because Jaco's arrival is in episode 20, it doesn't mean that he's coming to warn Bulma about Freeza. Things have already been switched around from the film (cop Kuririn appeared on episode 17, and in the film he only appears when Freeza's arriving).
