I doubt it'd be anything like one of Gero's androids, if she could do that she probably would've at some point during the series, given her tendency to build useful adventuring stuff. Capsule Corp doesn't seem to have a very good grasp of military/combat technology or the inclination to do so. It'd probably just be 'a robot with the strength you'd expect from a thing of its size that's made of metal'.

Anyway, not really familiar with Naruto or Fairy Tail so can't give an accurate answer to either, but I feel like someone like Nelliel or Yoruichi would do a bit better than Orihime whatever the case.

(I mean, I'd guess Chi-Chi wins the second match but I'm not 100%.)

Kaioshin would win in my opinion. I believe Piccolo surpassed SSG2 Vegeta during the Cell Games, and Kaioshin is even stronger than that Piccolo.

If this is post summoning of the Celestial Spirit King Lucy, she wins. She basically became as powerful as early series Erza after Aquarius left her some of her magic. If not then I'd give the fight to either Sakura or Rukia.

While I openly admit Orihime's reality warping is a little OP, I have to say Erza wins this, especially if it's post second awakening Erza. _{Then it's just a free win for her...} She has far too many answers to each situation. This combined with her overall capabilities and combat skill, she just takes the fight without really much effort. She'd probably just pull out either the Purgatory or Heavenly Wheel Armors. Plus on the defensive side, she has the Adamantine Armor which blocked that shot from the Jupiter Cannon. If she really wanted to go all out she could unleash either the Armadura Fairy Armor or the Nakagami Armor.

1. This seems like a very HAX transformation that only Cell could pull off in the realms of hypothetical DB events and could most likely dominate the likes of Beerus, Whis, Champa, Vados, anyone for that matter. SSG alone raised Goku, with a base power of less than Namek Freeza, all the way up to 60% of Beerus' power. Can't imagine what all of that would do to Cell.

Trunks demeanor makes him likely to try tand end the fight quickly, a fast rush followed by a charged attack would lashed out enough damage to give Trunks an advantage. It wouldn't be easy because Piccolo is also a prodigious fighter, with accumulated experience to perceive his opponents strengths and counter them to achieve victory.

0%/100% - I don't even think base Saiyans reached 50% Freeza. The Space Emperor rips Gohan's guts, adding them to his crab dinner, with a side of Namekian antennas. Gohan slowly bleeds out...

Humm... Future Trunks (Cell games) is stronger than Piccolo (Cell games)... this is Trunks 3 years after the Cell Games and Piccolo 12 years after the Cell Games... the two have gotten stronger, Piccolo almost peaked in the Cell Games IMO while Trunks had more room to improve. I'd see both being around the same power, so Piccolo would win after a hard fight.

Gohan base (pre Z sword) one shots Mecha Freeza (100%) IMO.
