Is Naruto at DBZ's level of popularity in the past?

Don't worry. I'll make sure this part of me stays put for the most part in this thread alone. Not having threads on Naruto will keep the place civil. But hell, we all need to be immature sometimes. Can't be strict and stuff all the time. So having one thread where we can act like idiots is no big deal... and a little fun

It does seem a lot of Mediocre Manga and Anime are all over the place, but you also have your Death Notes and your Saiyuki's to keep in mind. Pick and choose correctly and reap the entertainment benefits.

Now you're avoiding the topic of Naruto all-together. But that was in reply to what JM was saying. Read carefully. If you still don't get it, don't wrap your mind over it. But with that comment you're either jealous or stingy =P. Seriously, just lighten up, I don't think anyone has been serious for the last few pages really.
Basically I don't feel superior nor never thought of it. I was joking around to JM's comment. If I did this to feel superior then I would need even more mental help.

Anyways, it seems everyone likes the homeless ninja... which upsets me because now I feel really guilty about not taking pictures.

People, it's just a manga. It's not the passing of the second USA PATRIOT Act! Alright, EvilGamerX, we get you don't like the series, and I agree on you for quite a bit of what you say. And you, Sun_Wukong, it seems like you're not even accepting the fact that other people may indeed hate Naruto. Everyone, except it, understand it, face it. We all have our own opinions.

I understand that everyone has an opinion.
Whether I agree to it or not is what makes this fun =P

People can say One Piece sucks and I wouldn't care because I know they are ADHD idiots with short attention who can't stand plot. Someone may say Naruto is great and I wouldn't care (except when bored, I like to have fun) and walk away consider the person a 10 year old. That same person though can tell me the next day that they think One Piece is great and I'll acknowledge them. These are normal reflexes to me. I don't hate people, just their decisions.

Fuck it... I was trying not to sound like an ass, but we should all know by now, I'm an asshole.

Basically, people can say whatever they want and I will think what I want. Neither is wrong or right. People just gotta relax and feel free to joke about whatever. Like the people that can laugh at jokes about others, but once it is about them... some get offended, and some are able to laugh.

Edit: I am working on making this sound better cause it sounds a lot meaner than my intentions, which aren't mean.

Edit 2: Sorry... I fail at life.

What do you mean? By the way, I've only been able to read the first one.(Although, Naruto started out like this...maybe in the near future, 12 year olds will be pointing fingers like guns instead of screaming "BELEIVE IT!!!! in eachothers ears...)

Yeeah, it did get pretty immature I guess... Though it is a DragonBall forum so the bias was imminent. Sad truth is most of us are probably just seriously threatened/offended by Naruto's growing popularity. I know I feel that way now. It does feel like a blow so the bashing just flies out on the keyboard. *ashamed*...

Don't feel so bad. At least all of us here still love it!

EvilGamerX, I'm fine with the fact that you hate Naruto, you have an excuse because you've seen it.(Sorry it dissapointed you.) I just hate when people bash it or whatnot before they see the series/read the manga and know what's it's all about. Just don't make fun of the fans( I'm not a t 10 year old!) please, because I can tell you, there are DBZ fans just as crazy as the Naruto guys you speak of. The same goes for every anime/manga. Anywhoo, Naruto has the potential to be as popular(Due to it gaining popularity all the time.)

ADHD is not a learning disability, it is an attention disablity. My cousin has one of the highest cases of ADHD and he learns just fine. It's just how he can't sit still for a long period of time.

Well, I've never read it myself, but it's apparently widely considered to be a shameless "pakuri manga", among the readers of Jump. Meaning that many of the elements, characters, plot elements, etc, were "borrowed" (to put it nicely) from other series.
It even became a kind of running joke among some of the other Jump writers, if I remember well.

I have the disability, and I am not offended. Again, I am able to joke about anything.
Again, I am so ADHD I used what it was and ADHD in one line, go me. As Olivier Hague as pointed out. Which I saw after I wrote it, but it made it kinda funny.

Can we please stop comparing One Piece and Naruto? What's the point? Saying one is better than the other wont automatically change someone's opinion. Last time I checked, everyone is still entitled to their own opinion, unless you live in communist China.
