In daizenshuu ssj 3 bring its user to its utmost limit. Of course it's his normal body limitation not the oozaru one. To achieve much greater limit he change into much stronger body and endurance. It's still simple logic.
if you consider daizenshuu non canon, It just for comparation purpose.
Their body and species ( gt perfect files) are different. The SSJ 4 bring it's user to its new much greater limit because of the new much stronger body that can sustain much stronger ki and endurance.

SSGSS Goku VS Super Yi Xing Long.

If it were regular Yi Xing Long than it might be a toss-up, but my gut's always told me that his super self and SS4 Gogeta are the only characters from outside of the new material that would soundly surpass the god-level characters. I'm betting Super Yi Xing Long wins this one through a sheer power advantage.

I dunno, I suspect there would be some catch or incompatibility introduced that would keep Fusion from being such an easy advantage for Goku and Vegeta now. Something like the Potara not processing god ki the same way as mortal ki, or something. But if that's not the case, and it still increases their power the same as in the Boo arc... then Beerus and Whis are both toast. Vegetto would be so incredibly far above them in raw power that there's nothing they could do. Even Whis' only hope of not getting his ass kicked would be to reverse time to before the Fusion even happened.

Super Janemba vs Kid Buu

Janemba easily wins. Once he got serious, he easily whooped SS3 Goku's butt whereas Pure Boo was only roughly equal with him in raw power. Plus, based on Janemba once being officially noted as stronger than Hirudegarn, who beat Gotenks and Gohan, Janemba's power would be way up there rivaling that of Gotenks- and Gohan-absorbed Boo.

So Pure Boo's strongest attacks don't do jack diddly to Janemba (who I bet even has magical resistance/immunity to Boo's transformation beam), and it only takes a few tries for Janemba to realize that total eradication is required to keep Boo down.

Garlic's crew only beat Piccolo through strength in numbers and assistance from Garlic himself. Individually, or even 2-against-1, they were easily beaten by Goku and Piccolo. I'd bet the Earthling team here would likewise be able to beat them through teamwork, but it wouldn't be easy.

— Impossible to determine. All we know about the 4-armed dude is that he was way weaker than Beerus, and... that doesn't narrow things down much at all.
— Assuming you mean Shisami during the invasion of Earth, he's become so strong that he can give Piccolo a rough time. So he's no doubt hundreds if not thousands of times stronger than Ginyu, who doesn't stand a chance.
— Goku's not strong or tough enough yet to handle the Kaio-Ken at anything more than its standard x2 level. Raditz still kicks his butt.

— Janemba, easily. Already covered this one just previously.
— Vegeta's rage boost was temporary, and while it made him stronger than Goku, we don't know for sure how Hirudegarn would stack up. I'm betting Vegeta loses.
— Goku's only improved moderately before becoming a god, so I'd bet Gotenks is still ahead of him in equal forms.
— Indeterminable. Rage boosts aren't something that can be predicted.

Conditons: To win each round, Goku must be able to KO/Incapcitate/Kill each opponent with a single punch(a physcal attack, no Ki blasts). If he cant, then he loses.

In base, Goku makes it to #2, although he can only pull it off against Freeza at less than full power. Maybe up to 50% or so.
At Super Saiyan, he makes it up to Grade-3 Trunks. Dabra would probably be tough enough to take the punch.
At Super Saiyan 2, he makes it up to full-power Perfect Cell. Anyone fully on a Super Saiyan 2 level themselves would probably be able to hang on.

GT Goku, with GT Vegeta's mustache on his face, duel wielding potential unlocked Sorbet rings vs Legendary Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan 4 Gogetto (the Potara fusion of Vegetto & Gogeta).

GT Goku wins by being GT Goku.

Let's say Krillin, Yamcha and Tien are at their prime (so whatever they were at their peaks, not when they stop training and get weaker), could they defeat Freeza on Namek?

Since we know every Saiyan, Piccolo, Android 18, etc. could all beat Freeza on Namek, what about the humans?

I'm a big fan of the humans, every fic I write deals with them at their core and I think they all have a lot of great character qualities to them that would make for some great stories, but...no, if we're talking about pure power. They may be able to get lucky with a taiyoken and kienzan/shin kikoho attack, but it would take a decent amount of luck.

I personally don't see the main three humans ever reaching a level of power to even compete against Freeza's first form, so, barring the Shin Ki Kou Hou from Tenshinhan or the Ki-enzan from Kuririn, I don't see any of them standing a chance of winning if they tried fighting him.
