==Episode 28==
Spoiler:
Minute: 3
Context: Vegeta and Goku struggle to move inside of their bulky suits
Vegeta: "I... I can't believe that a mere suit could prove even more strenuous than the artificial gravity in the state-of-the-art training room Bulma built!"
Significance: In other words, moving in Whis' suit is even more difficult than moving in the artificial gravity rooms we see throughout the series.
For reference: Back in the Android arc, Vegeta requested a room capable of 300x Earth's gravity, while in Super Episode 4, we saw Vegeta training at 150x gravity, as he did with Trunks in the Majin Buu arc.

Minute: 9
Context: Champa and Vados arrive.
Goku: "Hey who're you? You look like a chubby Beerus-sama!"
Vados: "Now now that's rude. This is Beerus-sama's twin brother Champa-sama."
Vados: "You should watch your mouth — he's a God of Destruction."
Vegeta: "God of Destruction? There are two Gods of Destruction?!"
Vados: "He's the God of Destruction of Universe 6, not this one."
Significance: Relations! It's mentioned later that Vados is Whis' older sister. Both of these details were revealed a few months ago in chapter 5 of the Dragon Ball Super manga adaptation. Since Universe 6 and 7 are later described as being like "twins", it's possible Beerus and Champa are only twins in the sense that they are the U6 and U7 versions of each other rather than traditional siblings, but until we get more info it's best to assume that they're simply run-of-the-mill twins.

Minute: 9
Goku: "Hey who's stronger you [Champa] or Beerus-sama?"
Vados: "There should be no need to ask such a question. Isn't it obvious just by looking at their physique?"
Significance: As Champa's indignant response seems to confirm, the implication here is that the pudgy Champa is weaker than the trim Beerus. However, being a God of Destruction, he's presumably crazy strong by ordinary standards, as we see hints of later...
---
Minute: 13
Beerus: "Earth is teeming with countless delicious things!"
Champa: "Vados! There should be an 'Earth' back in Universe 6 too! Look for it!"
Significance: Implies that every planet in Universe 7 has an equivalent in Universe 6. Although as we'll later see, sometimes a planet will be destroyed in one universe but remain intact in the other, creating discrepancies.
---
Minute: 14
Whis: "This is Universe 7 and Champa-sama came here from Universe 6. These two universes are nearly identical. Their relationship is like that of twins. All things usually have a front and a back – two counterparts. For example Universes 1 and 12. Or universes 2 and 11. The universes whose numbers add up to 13 are counterparts."
Significance: There are 12 universes in all. The universes whose numbers add up to 13 (6 + 7 = 13) are twin universes.
Think of it like two sides of a coin:
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, Heads
12, 11, 10, 09, 08, 07, Tails
This description was unfortunately mucked up by certain speedsub groups, which claimed that there was a "Universe 13" that housed the other 12 universes within it, which is flat out wrong. Of course, later on down the road Toriyama might decide to add extra universes into the mix, but as of right now, the setup that has been presented is of 12 universes divided into 6 pairs.
---
Minute: 15
Context: Vados peers into her staff and finds a charred planet where Earth should be.
Whis: "Try a little further in the past."
Vados: "I see. It appears that Universe 6's Earth got itself into some sort of ridiculous war and its humankind ended up extinct."
Significance: Reveals the fate of Univese 6's Earth. Also, Whis' and Vados' staves can do anything.
---
Minute: 18
Context: Beerus and Champa scuffle, but the fight is broken up by Whis and Vados.
Whis: "Two Gods of Destruction must never fight one another."
Vados: "Such a fight would mean annihilation for both Universes 6 and 7. Surely you must know this."
Vegeta: "They sure dropped that alarming fact real casually..."
Significance: This is similar to when the fight between SSG Goku and Beerus threatened to destroy Universe 7. This implies that despite being inferior to Beerus, Champa is still a force to be reckoned with.
---
Minute: 18
Context: Champa describes how his proposed martial arts tournament will work.
Champa: "It would be a fight between humans we've hand-picked from our respective universes. Let's see... How about a team competition with five fighters each? We both send in a single fighter first. If that fighter wins he gets to fight the next one. And then the first to defeat the final fighter on the opponent's team wins!"
Significance: Although the term "tournament" has been tossed around to refer to this story arc's main competition, in practical terms it's more like a single battle between two teams. This is, for instance, pretty much exactly how a single match of the Dark Tournament in Yu Yu Hakusho would play out. Or a Pokemon battle, for that matter (with Beerus and Champa as trainers). Overall this type of setup probably owes a lot to Japanese sports competitions such as Judo or Kendo. Anyway, the underlined portion was mistranslated by a certain group as:
Champa: "They'll cast lots to decide the top two fighters, and the winner collides with the next. Until there is one winner."
Which is again, wrong.
---
Minute: 20
Context: Champa explains the origins of the Namekian "Wish Orbs".
Champa: "Long ago the Namekians carved them out from fragments of much larger wish orbs. Those orbs have limitations to the wishes they can grant. The real ones are on a completely different scale. They're so big you might as well call them wish planets! They really can grant any wish! In your universe's terms you could call them Super Dragon Balls!"
Significance: Reveals that the Namekian Dragon Balls (or at least the first set) came from the Super Dragon Balls. This is presumably true for Universe 7, as well. Nitpickers may note that the term "Super Dragon Balls" was already used back in the Namek arc to refer to the Namekian Dragon Balls (in contrast to the Earth ones), although it never really caught on.
