Interesting. So you think the scripts for the Dragon Ball Super anime were written by Toriyama?

No, but the drafts are, and anime and manga are both based on those, or something. So, if you want to read Toyotaros monthly promotional spin on those, go for it, man.

Just to be clear, both the manga and the anime are "spins" on the original work. There is a set of at least four writers that use Toriyama's outline and their own ideas to adapt to the anime format. Just like Toyotaro is doing for the manga.

And if you want to skip it, that's fine too. But I don't think our personal media preferences were ever in debate. :D

I do like the anime, but as with the original Dragon Ball manga, there are some advantages to the written paper format.

Of course, but the original manga was different case, i like the manga even more than anime and i own it, of course, but it wasn't monthly and it wasn't a promotion. I just don't like when people threat this "manga" as a chapter 520 or something, that's all.

Have people been doing that? I don't think anyone is confusing the original Dragon Ball manga with Toyotaro's new work here. It's just nice to have a manga option like we did all these years for the original anime. It doesn't matter if it's a "promo" or monthly or whatever, it's still something you can read at your own pace without electricity.

The manga's best merit, in my opinion, is that it's simply written by only one person. I'm not saying the anime is bad because of this. It's certainly been closer to Toriyama's version of the characters than a lot of the anime exclusive content prior, but no matter how hard the they try, having multiple writers is going to weaken the overall product to some extent because of how each one puts their own spin on the characters from episode to episode. It's not terrible, but it is noticeable.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.
My personal "canon" and BP list. (Coming Soon)

The Manga and the Anime are just the same if you think about it.Toyotaro are only allowed to release about 20 pages per month. If i were him,i would only include the important stuff and would ignore those little things.Maybe the Champa/Vados appearance in the anime was really Toriyama's idea and it was not included in the manga because Toyotaro had no space for it ? Who knows. We can't say everything that happened in the anime that never happened in the manga is not Toriyama's idea.

That's not true at all, though, and is why it's a question in the first place. From the very beginning in chapter one we've had slightly different events/jokes, and starting in chapter two, Vados and Champa were introduced and integrated into the material loooooooooooong before they were in the TV version. Every single chapter has had differences that range from minor/insignificant to changing up dialog/events entirely.
Yeah, we pretty much agree that both material have slight differences but those insignificant variations by no means show that the basics of the manga and anime are different.
