I'd say Icejin. Dragon Ball AF calls them Icejins, and since DBAF's author is also DBS'S author, i would consider AF that little bitty legitimate. So, Icejin, i guess.

There's not just one AF fan-manga out there. There's is Toyble's which only has Xicor as the main villain and Broly in a supporting role. Toyble later changed his pen name to Toyotaro, when he was employed by Shueisha and eventually became DB Super's manga illustrator.
The AF you're talking about is made by Young Jiji and contains the Ice-jin name and all that stuff, but it's not the guy making the DB Super manga. That's Toyble as mentioned above.

Young Jiji's version is 17 volumes with the first arc containing a story about Freeza's son "Ize" and Toybles (Who is now Toyotaro) version of AF is 4 volumes plus one unfinished 5th. I'm not sure which one referenced Icejin as I haven't read either version in a while, but I think it's more than likely Young Jiji's since his first arc is about Freeza's son specifically. Toybles version is about what was stated above. Which version of these two story's did you read? If it was the one about Ize, Young Jiji did acknowledge Toyble's version claiming his story was completely different which may have been where the confusion came from.

And who knows if Cell even refers to them as anything in the Japanese dub of Xenoverse? Basically all we have are bits and pieces from English releases and one Malaysian. Personally, I think it's easiest to call them Frost Demons, since I don't really consider that an actual name for a race; just somewhat of an explanation of what they are and it works- they're demons from space and all tend to have Frost based names.

Cell just call them "Freeza's Race" (or clan, I forget) in the Japanese Xenoverse.

And I thought the "Arcosians" were just those guys we see in brown robes when they talk about the "planet trade organization."

The name doesn't necessarily have to encompass the moral axis of every individual. Only the majority. If Freeza and Frost's race are typically evil then there wouldn't be any issue with them being called Frost Demons. Like how there are many biblical entities who have gone against their typical morality for their race. While the devil is evil that doesn't change the fact that he is of the angel race.

For me they are Kraiojin (Kuraio-jin) as a pun to "cryogen", the method of conserving through extremely cold conditions.

Definitely calling them the Kraiojin from now on. I'm not even gonna bother try to localize it, since no one bothered to localize Majin either.
