And, to be fair, postwar Japan isn't my area of expertise, so I'd have to do a great deal of research. Definitely a long-term project.
It would actually be pretty interesting if Universe 6's war turns out to be a Dragon Ball version of the Sengoku period of Japan. And the real reason Frost want's Champa's help is because there are other powerful warlords out there.
