Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.

To consider: Throw out percentages and fractions and shit. Because they have contradicted themselves.
Red Goku put up a decent fight against Beerus, he couldn't win but he could at least land some hits and stuff.
Whis Comments that Blue Goku AND Blue Vegeta could possibly manage to beat Beerus.
THEN Blue Saiyans train for 3 years in the RoSaT for (admittedly little) gains. Small gains but enough to bother wasting 3 years of their life-spans to acquire.
Blue Son uses KKx10 and is a whopping ten times more powerfull. (10x stronger Goku is a tiny bit over 5x stronger than the Goku/Vegeta fight together)
Hit is even stronger than this (well overall, he can outlive the Kaioken and then win.)
Champa is a little weaker than Beerus.
While taking the above into account Hit might be a match for Champa but he is wounded.
Event: The god of everything doesn't appear. Chaos ensues.
Dende heals the U7 wounded.
Vegeta knocks Champa away from the U6 people.
Goku starts fighting Beerus.
The gods of creation either abstain or fight along universe lines in which case U7 gods would win, especially with the help of the U7 spectators.
Dende/Kibito heal the U6 Participants.
Whis and Vados abstain from getting involved (or fight each other to a standstill)
Champa/Beerus versus Goku/Hit/Vegeta+ all U6/7 Participants/Spectators (who jump in when the level of fighting tires down to their respective levels)
So you don't buy the "Goku&Vegeta (pre kaioken reveal) can beat Beerus" thing?
And if so you don't think that a healed Hit could hold Champa off till after they have done so?

You know what it's called when someone posts inflammatory things for the sake of causing disruption or just their own amusement? Trolling. Please don't do it. If a topic isn't to your tastes, then just ignore it. Nobody's forcing you to participate in the topic or even read it in the first place.
Pocus thought 10x gravity was a big deal, while Krillin was pushing 100k even before he spent three years in intensive training. He's also a better fighter.
