Still. The way they treat her in the series would make one believe she is much younger than she actually is.

She might have inherited her father's height, but I think they are exaggerating with Marron, as we know, she actually gets taller than Kuririn by the end of the series, so she should be a little taller by now.

Maybe, Marron is retarded, so they have to feed her and such.
I wonder, if we will ever see Teen Goten from the End of Z in some action :/
FighterZ, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Kombat: Funky_Strudel
PS5: Dynamixx88
Trust me, I'm millenial and a designer.

I've lost hope honestly, at least during Super's run. He's always been trated like an accesory to Trunks for the most part by Toei, Toriyama, Bandai and everyone involved. And if that wasn't bad enough with the announcement of Future Trunks returning, all attention will focus on him. Present!Trunks will stay baby size not to take focus and screentime away his Future version and as consequence so will Goten...

Why the hell is Goten so short anyway?

Seriously?

Anyways I'm REALLY hopeful that the Future Trunks arc introduces a timeskip where we see Goten and Trunks in their mid teens. Would make for some interesting designs.
Dragon Ball /Z/GT/Super is a children's show and there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm now convinced the reason they haven't aged is to differentiate kid Trunks from future Trunks.

This was actually my first thoughts. Even worse, the writers seem to love VegeBul and with Future Trunks coming back (and maybe Bulla on the way), Present Trunks will prob be included in the family bonding scenes or whatever and leave poor Goten in the dust

They're both irrelevant characters that are hardly characterised or developed, just your typical one note characters who are there on screen just to fuse then act goofy as per usual. It astonishes me how they even have a fan base to begin with.

Would I like to see them have more screen time and actually go through some substantial character growth (both physically and mentally)? Obviously yes, would make this series actually more meaningful. However until then, I hardly care about them.

Because what little was shown of their grown-up version in EOZ was enough to get people excited and notice the potential. Not that surprising.

I think not. It's just now it may be the actually good reason to keep them that young (at least for this arc).

It baffles me when people say this in general. Who are you to decide what characters people like?

As Basaku said, one of the biggest points for me is their potential in EOZ. As characters and fighters
