I think the page, introducing us to the characters' End of Manga selves, does mention, that she is Vegeta and Bulma's daughter.

Yes, it does introduce her on the title page as "Trunks' little sister". And she also called out "Papa!" to Vegeta at the tournament, so there's really no ambiguity about who her parents are supposed to be.

Now, of course, that's not to say Super can't do its own thing and decide to either make her Trunks' daughter in the future, or just forget she exists entirely. I personally hope she will appear in Super at some point, and maybe even find a way to be relevant. I mean, I could see them thinking they've already got one cute baby with Pan around, so why do we need another? It would be nice if she could somehow be important...though deep in my heart, I know I mostly want to see how Vegeta would act around her We didn't get to see him interacting much with baby Trunks since he didn't yet give a shit at that point, so seeing him trying to be a good daddy to his precious baby girl could be golden.

It won't surprise me if Toriyama forgot about Pan until he read the original script for BOG before he rewrote. Bra was only around for a short moment at the end of DBZ and barely did anything in GT. I will bet Toriyama forgot about Bra unless a editor reminds him about it.

In a 2001 interview that was ostensibly about One Piece (with Oda, for a One Piece art book), so we're talking pre-kanzenban, during a time when no major productions had been in or would be in the works for years.

Look, I'm not trying to convince anyone that maybe it wouldn't necessarily be a terrible thing if everything in the series was 100% self-consistent, but a lot of these "facts" about Toriyama are hyperbolic and made without any context. I think that part's really important!

We've yet to be given a clear cut time frame of how long it was between the battle with Buu and where the BoG arc picked up. All it takes is the BoG arc falling into the same time frame as that of the BoG movie, and her age would be just fine.

BoG would need to be 6 years after Buu for Pan's age to connect with End of Z timeline. It's implied to be no more than a few years after Buu, and both Goten/Trunks are toddler sized kids to this day.

If Battle of Gods took place 6 years after Buu, then Pan likely wouldn't be old enough at the final tournament. 6+4+the remaining months of pregnancy.

The movie already takes place exactly when it should: AGE 778, four years after Buu (AGE 774). Videl's pregnant with Pan, and she's born (~9) months later in AGE 779. That places Pan as allowed to be 4 at the AGE 784 tournament and 5 sometime after.

Goten and Trunks are not toddler sized (Marron on the other hand…). They do look elementary aged, though, which is too young, but meh. My guess is that they always thought the Future Trunks storyline was a possibility (given DBO and Xenoverse), and they didn't want Trunks to look too similar to Future Trunks. Maybe they will age them sometime after that saga is over.
