You're making up a lore excuse that really doesn't glue to cover-up for reasons Toriyama/Toei had to keep Trunks/Goten potato sized that were comepltly unrelated to lore. At no point Toriyama/Toei gave a damn about it. So trying to make it part of the core Saiyan genetics lore makes no sense.

Therefore, she has not only unlocked SSJ1, but SSJ2 as well. I'm right to assume that that's not what you're trying to say, though, aren't I?

You're most likely right. If we use GT, then we know how both Pan and Bulla would look as pre-teens (Pan at 9 and Bulla at 8 in this case). Not necessarily their hairstyles and outfits, but their height. And their height fits pretty well with Teen Future Trunks and Teen Gohan. So it's fairly safe to say that partial saiyans are supposed to grow like humans do. The late growth spurt idea is really just a convenient excuse to explain away Goten and Trunks' looks in Super.

You guys know that Gohan had to train to become a Super Saiyan and Bra from what we know doesn't train. Pan has also not had the emotional need to transform as well. Having Gohan, Future Trunks, Pan and Bra being Type A Hybrids and then Goten and Trunks being Type B Hybrids is fine in my Headcanon. It's an excuse to give Toriyama leeway but it's actually enough to defend why Goten and Trunks are so small.

It's a meh point to me though. Goten is supposed to be shorter than Trunks. Yes, sometimes he appears too short under certain staff members, but there are other episodes where he's the right size. Characters heights varied wildly at times in both the manga and anime prior to this so I fully expected it to be the same here. And it is, and not just for Goten.

It's just a difference in art style. Roshi is taller in DBZ and Super than in pre-Raditz DB, but seeing as how he's over 300 years old I doubt he actually had a sudden growth burst between the Piccolo and Saiyan Sagas.

I don't think he's forgotten her just maybe he can't think of the right time to introduce her. I really want her to show up by the time Future Trunks returns though, I want to see his reaction to seeing:
- A sister who was never born in his own time
- A happy Gohan with a wife and child
- Himself as a child living a happy childhood
- Goten, who would never have been born if Trunks didn't intervene and save the timeline
- Kuririn and 18 married with a daughter
- Maybe even 17 the park ranger and his family

Just, you know, general things that I'm sure he would want to see since these things wouldn't exist if it weren't for him, it could be really heartwarming if they played it out properly.

Wow that's just terrible, Akira needs to update the designs of Kid Trunks, Goten and Marron (just make them look and act the age they are, and have them heading towards their End of Z looks, for instance Goten can start growing his hair out, no more Kid Goku 2.0). If Transformers Rescue Bots can do it with Cody, then so can Dragonball with these three.
