Same, but the games aren't competitive enough. That's what happens when the focus is on adding a bunch of nonsense characters for the sake of increasing the roster instead of gameplay mechanics.Haji wrote:Awesome video as always. it would be nice to see DBZ games at Evo.
Oh how I'd kill for a a dbz game along the lines of guilty gear x2.

One could argue that not all games currently played at Evo deserve to be there...saiyanvegetable wrote:Same, but the games aren't competitive enough. That's what happens when the focus is on adding a bunch of nonsense characters for the sake of increasing the roster instead of gameplay mechanics.

Re: Daigo, eat your heart out.
Is Super Dragon Ball Z technical enough that it could be taken to an extreme competitive level a la Street Fighter or SSBM?
Re: Daigo, eat your heart out.
Long answer: Yes, it is technical, but you'd run into some roadblocks setting up a tournament since to take the most advantage out of the system, you need to have the character cards maxed out, still wouldn't be much of a problem since you can level those up in multiplayer matches.Tyro wrote:Is Super Dragon Ball Z technical enough that it could be taken to an extreme competitive level a la Street Fighter or SSBM?
Short answer: Absolutely

That man's a legend. Love that moment.

Haven't we already gotten these in GT? Goku dies, the DBs go away, and the Namekian DBs most likely won't be used again because of the Evil Dragons.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.
