Why Demigra is the worst Dragon Ball Villain.

I'm not sure if you mean worst like "He's horrible and shouldn't exist" or "He's the biggest baddest sonavabitch to ever exist." I disagree on both counts. As horrible villains go, Hoi, Slug and Metal Cooler come to mind. and baddest villain, well sure he can alter time, but he doesn't leave much of an impression, like the Buus do.

Okay, on second thought, scratch this post. I think the villain in Xenoverse 2 could be worse. But, it could depends on how evil he/she is, what his/her backstories are, and what motivations onto why he/she is evil. That's what I'm thinking of when Xenoverse 2 comes out.

I think hes one of the worst in terms of quality really. To be honest his existence was pointless when we already had Towa and Mira. Pair that with a generic almost non-existent personality and a design thats more Dragon Quest than Dragon Ball and hes really one of the most forgettable villains in the franchise.

I actually liked how unique he looked compared to other Dragonball villains, avoiding a flaw that hurt most Toei original villains, even if his personality still was nothing special.

Nah I disagree I personally liked him plus there are way worse villian in db.
