All Super Saiyans (1, 2 and 3) fit the old dogi, we don't need more transformations.

Can we stick to Dragon Ball Super here, and not Dragon Ball Online. Dragon Ball Online is a dead MMO with ideas that have been incorporated into both Xenoverse and Heroes. I don't think Super is getting any Online elements, and especially not it's finale which would mean leaving the 10 year gap.

THat's pretty funny considering today 'Dragonball Online Global' is launching it's beta stuff....

He gave them new outfits to fit Blue so it wouldn't surprise me if they're back in their old ones to fit a new form which will hopefully be more than a recolor.

Given the shit he and Eguchi Hisashi talked about Yamamuro Tadayoshi on Twitter I doubt he'll be working on Dragon Ball Super.

Speaking of outfits, and repeating myself on my opinion that the main reason for them to go back to the old Goku and Vegeta uniforms was to have that be another additional reminiscent of the Cell arc to which this arc in some aspects relates, I regarded Vegeta's training with Whis trying to hit him while in the Super Saiya-jin Blue stage as a visual sore. Wasn't THAT bad, but you got enough blue from Vegeta's outfit, and that might explain the change in colours for the Freeza and 6th Universe arcs, in fact, now that I think of it. Vegeta with blue air on top of his traditional blue vest under the armor was just too... blue. Didn't go together well at all, and luckily it was only there for a few seconds. However, it's good to see every Saiya-jin in every Super Saiya-jin stage using every outfit possible so we can properly check out how everything actually looks.

My goodness, a LOT has happened around here in the last week. I can't remember the last time I was this excited about something Dragonball related. This Trunks Arc so far is showing a lot of promise. And I can't wait for Gohan and Future Trunks to interact.

Don't get your hopes too high on that. Gohan has been pretty much wiped out of existence from DBSuper, he might show up and he will definitely be mentioned at least by Mirai no Trunks since the last he saw of him was as - so he thought - the strongest fighter ever, the true "Saikyou no Senshi" as a SSJ2 against Cell -, but not only has Gohan given up on fighting almost entirely unless necessary, he actually doesn't even SHOW UP anymore, giving the screen time reserved for him (and others, by the way) to the f***** Pilaf Gang and their stupid annoying unfunny jokes which even now we can't seem to be able to get rid of.

Btw. I think black is some kind of entity that can take on Goku's form....

I hear you loud and clear on Gohan's involvement in Super. And believe me when I say this, you're not the only one to point this out. His absence in the universe tournament to me was uncalled for since everyone else was there, and his lack of screen time is definitely alarming.

However, with that being said, I am excited because episode 52 I believe hints that Future Trunks and Gohan will interact in some way according to the upcoming episode spoilers.

Also Black is keeping up with SSJ2 Goku, I bet SSG will make it's return soon and that Black will escape. We'll probably chase after him into the future. Trunks and Gohan will probably get new transformations as well.

Everyone already knew about them thanks to the movies so if they're planning a new form they're not going to debut it in the opening.

If I'm remembering correctly he was definitely around in the Battle of the Gods retelling and had a more prominent role in the Resurrection F one than the movie. It wasn't until after episode 30 he's been absent with a brief appearance in episode 43. I can forgive the last arc because it was a tournament but if the Future Trunks arc follows the likes of BoG and Resurrection F then it's likely he'll be around again in some form. Toriyama did a fairly decent job in the films giving notice to a good chunk of the cast so I don't see why it would be any different here.

We already know episode 52 will focus on Future Trunks and Gohan. What they'll be doing exactly, we'll have to wait and see but it feels like everyone is going to have to get back on their game if Black is simply messing around with Goku in episode 50.

Maybe Goku Black IS the Kaioshin, since he doesn't transform into SSJ, not even in the preview, and has a lot of strength...

I think he has a few forms up his sleeve, to be honest he wasn't even taking Goku seriously in SSJ2 or at least it seemed that way. He looks like Goku, so he probably has a form that jumps him to God tier like SSJB does Goku.

Everyone already knew about them thanks to the movies so if they're planning a new form they're not going to debut it in the opening.

They debuted the kiao in the opening. Plus they changed it from Goku's F outfit to his old so they absolutely would tease a new form if there was one.
