Goten in DBS

Why?

Chi Chi had some good character development in the Buu arc when Gohan realized that since Goku died, she was taking things easier on Goten, and she even allowed Gohan to train for the Tournament, and of course Toei ignores that and regresses her to how she was before because it's "what she's known for".

At this point, honestly, the only hope to see grown Goten doing something, or Gohan back to his Mystic levels of goodness is a miracle. Only God knows how f--kin' good would be a Cell saga - Gohan type of importance for Goten. I mean: now we have a Trunks centric saga, and even the kid one is on the spotlight for obvious reasons, what if the next saga is Goten and Gohan centric? I think I could die in joy

By the time Goku wants to train with Whis she said she spent it all though, so already a while back.

Chi-Chi lied about spending all of the money to encourage Goku's work. She used those same funds to repair their house after Goku contracted Delayed Onset Turbulent Ki Syndrome. Goten's education was established.

Goten turning out to be Goku Black is something I've been really hoping for considering we've yet to see an encounter between him and Future Trunks.

I've given up hope for Goten to have a huge moment anymore. Chi-Chi regressed from her Buu self sadly and her negative qualities are affecting Goten now
At this point I just want to see him actually look his age (which is 13) either that or just give him screen time during EOZ(??) as a Super Saiyan. Love that hairstyle on him

I'm a gohan fan through and through, but as a fan i want to ask people that are other fellow gohan fans; do you really want gohan to come back with this crappy dbs artwork? with these ridiculously unbalanced and all over the place power levels? i mean from what i see, trunks in ssj2 is strong as ssj blue goku and vegeta maybe stronger? The show just has gone so far to try and sweep gohan and other characters that are and would have been good additions to the show and made it more successful, it would just look weird for them to come back now; and knowing how all post-dbz animes or movies have been made with the Goku stealing the show deal, even if the people that should be way stronger than goku were way stronger than him, he would some how steal the show with the victory or a huge influence on the reason that the enemy was defeated.

I as a gohan fan am willing to let him go.

Also not all dbs artworks are crappy and some are even pretty good IMO, but the ones that are messed up really are lol

after RoF it was real easy to reconduct Gohan towards martial arts so he can be able to protect his family as he said he wanted to, him backing off for the UE6 tournament was the thing that actually looked weird lol

People just can't seem to get over that the writers discarded Goten just like they did Gohan. Cause they did. He's not coming back in any meaningful way at least not this arc
