Most of the old japanese performances from Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z are amazing for my taste.

Some of the new english performances(after Kai) are amazing too.

In other dubs I have some too, one of them is João Batista for Cell in the brazilian dub. He was an amazing actor:

It's sad that he died in 2001, he was amazing.

He sounds great! He actually reminds me of Wakamoto. He gave Cell the sort of terrifying and deep voice that I expect. Only few voices for Cell actually do that, in my opinion. Are most of the Brazilian dub voices as good as this one?

Well, I think they actually are. From the brazilian dub I also have other favorite performances. I think some notable examples are Alfredo Rollo as Vegeta and Vagner Fagundes as adult Gohan:

Fátima Noya(kid Gohan) screams in the 9th movie are amazing too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Usy7pi9GxTI

Talking about other dubs yet, I actually like Marc Zanni's few screams for Goku in the old catalan dub of DBZ. They were used to letf most of the screams in japanese but in Boo Saga they dubbed some and Marc did an amazing job:

Vegeta admits Goku is better
Krillin mourns Goku's death
Cell's Kamehameha
