The last I checked, Vegetto can't kill an immortal.DragonHermit wrote:GodVegetto91 wrote:Lord Frieza is 100% right in anything he says. This is a battle you can't win. Vegetto, Whis even the Grand Priest, it doesn't matter. You need to seal him away or call Zeno. those are the only 2 options available.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vegetto had enough power to obliterate an entire universe and supersedes the strength of the DBs. I mean Red Form Goku was causing the universe to shake.HeroR wrote: The last I checked, Vegetto can't kill an immortal.
Those Goku v. Superman vids will have a sequel

He can destroy the universe, and Zamasu would still be alive because he's an immortal, while Vegetto would be the one dead.DragonHermit wrote:I wouldn't be surprised if Vegetto had enough power to obliterate an entire universe and supersedes the strength of the DBs. The conversation in this thread keeps going in circles. We know an immortal can't die, but they don't need to die to be defeated, and Vegetto might be powerful enough to strong arm Zamasu into submission, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Goku will call Zeno and tell him Zamasu is the friend he was talking about. Then Zamasu will be held captive by Zeno for the rest of his immortal lifeUpFromTheSkies wrote:The conversation in this thread keeps going in circles. The same way you would strong arm a mortal. You can subdue someone without killing them, it's just a question of whether or not Vegetto is strong enough to do it.HeroR wrote:How do a strong arm an immortal?UpFromTheSkies wrote:The conversation in this thread keeps going in circles. Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
For example, do you remember the attack Majin Vegeta used to restrain Goku? Imagine Vegetto using that, but covering all of Zamasu's body, and it being strong enough that he couldn't break out of it. He couldn't teleport either because he wouldn't be able to touch his forehead.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Instant Kamehameha doesn't require him to touch his forehead though? From what we know, the shunkan-ido just requires one to be able to lock on to someone's ki, Goku probably touches his forehead because ot makes it easier to concentrate or something like that.UpFromTheSkies wrote:He couldn't teleport either because he wouldn't be able to touch his forehead.

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Even if he could teleport, the energy rings would be touching his body so they would go with him. Vegetto just needs to find ways to attack Zamasu without doing damage, then he should be able to over power him easily.DBZ Macky wrote:Instant Kamehameha doesn't require him to touch his forehead though? Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Has anyone who can access the official version of the first 10 episodes checked if they are using the tv animation or the "fixed" bluray version?
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
It's Blu-ray footage.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Goku and Vegeta fuse, becomes Vegetto
While they're fighting, Bulma and Trunks go back to the past to get the seal. They return to the present, Vegetto uses the Mafuba to seal Zamasu in the jar. Simple.

Well it was said the jar was key to victory but that does not mean the mafuba is, what if Vegetto is beaten by Zamasu, drops the butten and the jar falls on it?
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
I know it'll take some time, but I am DYING to see TFS's Zamasu. So much comedic potential.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
So apparently Toei released some info graphic about the timelines. You probably discussed it already but...there is a third Zamasu?
The Zamasu who is currently Black isn't the one we saw Goku fight as a Super Saiyan?

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
It will take them half a day to return since they have to refuel the Time Machine again. It would be faster for them to send the Supreme Kais to get the seal since Gowasu got a Time Ring and isn't doing anything.OLKv3 wrote:Goku and Vegeta fuse, becomes Vegetto

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Black is Present Zamasu who successful kills Gowasu. The split happened after Beerus kills Present Zamasu, stopping the events that would create Goku Black, so our Goku won't get his body stolen in the near future. However, Black still exist thanks to the Time Ring.Bullza wrote:So apparently Toei released some info graphic about the timelines. You probably discussed it already but...there is a third Zamasu?

No, it saysBullza wrote:So apparently Toei released some info graphic about the timelines. You probably discussed it already but...there is a third Zamasu?

"The history where Zamasu is alive.
The main history linked with Future Trunks' history. However, because Beerus destroyed Zamasu, the main history is reorganized and split into two histories"
So he is the same Zamasu, but the timelines "split" when Beerus killed Zamasu. Whether there was an actual split or the current present overwrote Black's is unknown.
