Females don't have penises and they pee anyway. Penises are only needed for sexual purposes, not for peeing. There is no need for a asexual being to have a penis.

Arm-stretching and growing in size are cited as being unique to Mazoku Namekians exclusively, if we're being technical to Daizenshuu 4. It flies out the window for video games already, maybe. Who's to say Dragon Ball Xenoverse player avatars aren't Mazoku themselves? :P
