The problem is that the only reason he is even featured so heavily despite having to be weaker than Chaozu, is because people have had a hard-on for him for years. What do you mean by "featured so heavily"? Bardock just got to shine a little bit in the end of the story mode, I thought he would have some big scenes throughout the game, which isn't the case. And no, Bardock isn't weaker than Chiaotzu. Yes. I still can play it online, so it seems it was the ultimate solution for me. If turning off the blur and setting high the texture isn't helping you, I really don't know. You need to defeat all soldiers; enter Freeza's spaceship, locate Gohan and Kuririn, ask Kuririn to join you; let Freeza kill Kuririn.
