In her mind, Pilaf's pretty old, in his 50s or 60s. The new kid Pilaf, if she remembered, she would probably think of as Emperor's grandchild! Remember, this Pilaf was a kid!

And the Pilaf when she was young was an adult already!

So why would she think that it's the same Pilaf? The same Pilaf would logically be much older than her, and this Pilaf was a kid!
