Am I the only one who still hopes that there will be more content in the first DLC-Pack? :/
I mean there only will be 2 new characteres in terms of "roster-expansion", which is disappointing.

Yeah the dlc looks lame. 2 characters, no story missions, 1 mentor, only 2 outfits, and a few PQs if I remember correctly.

Well, I am boycotting the game, unless there will be something mindblowing. But I think I played a lot and maybe, will return back in another months to maybe create character from different race.

Could be. Although its much better than supervillian or villianous or whatever they went with in game. Still mad they gave them slots to pad roster.

The term Time Breaker was used in DB Online material, but was never a descriptor for a specific character as far as I know.

I'm still not sure I would count the above as an "official" use of it either. Most of these accounts are not run by some bigwig who is making official decisions for the franchise and it's questionable if they even have a manual of style or whatever. Which could be why we sometimes end up with (multiple) contradictory name spellings. Kyabe/Kabe/Cabe/Cabba being a very recent example.

Except that it really isn't. Paid DLC has Cabba, Champa and Vados. I'd love to have them in my roster.

No mention of Paikūhan in the Japanese scan script, so most likely no.
