Eh, it still looks off, Yamamuro kinda fucked up on his face. The animators will probably draw it better.

The hair is also really short for some reason...like GT Vegeta short. But yeah animators hopefully will fix it.

We then have 3 Saiyans, 3 Earthlings, 1 Namekian, 2 Androids and a Majin Buu. Variety for once.

I actually cant wait for some kind of 'recruiting' episode to see gets recruited first for this thing.

My money would be on Piccolo first. After he did pretty well in U6 tournament(he technically won his fight) I could see Goku thinking of him.

Comically I imagine Gohan will be last as Goku will think he's uninterested in fighting at all.

Wow this sucks..., Yamcha gets left out again, and they bring Roshi? Well, looks there's no hope to see Yamcha fight again. Do they even consider him a Z-Fighter anymore? I mean the dude is flying with other Z-fighters at the end of the intro and is standing with them in ending 3, both of which Roshi doesn't do. This is total bullshit, honestly.

I'm guessing an in-universe reason would be Tien being a douchebag again or Yamcha offering to stay behind with Marron so both 18 and Krillin can fight, considering both of them never fight together because one of them needs to stay behind with her.

The man just had a baseball episode dedicated to him. Not sure why you want him to end up bloody paste within a crater so badly.

According to Herms the words "take the field" and "team" are in the the leaked photo

so it might be a tournament arc.

I can't stop imagining people flipping their shit when this turns out to be a soccer arc, because the baseball episode did so well (Gotenks being the goal keeper of course).

If each team has 10 fighters (assuming it's the tournament) then that'll mean we'll get 120 characters in total.

I don't think Toriyama came up with that many characters so either this isn't the tournament or each team can have as many fighters as they want so some will be 5 or even less.

I don't understand this assumption many of you guys have. The tenkaichi budokai also had more participants than the finalists. They would just have to show the preliminary fights of our main cast and the final rounds (if this is the tournament arc at all).

A Football episode( the popular worldwide version) needs to happen. I have thougt of this before.
The formation should be

Put Beerus in goal
Right back: Krillin
Centre backs:Tien and Buu
Left back Yamcha
Centre midfield Vegeta and Piccolo
Left wing: 17or Trunks
Right wing:18 or Goten
Strikers: Goku and Gohan

It a great chance for Toriyama to do it. I want to see training just like we used to. Even though it will make the wait longer before we get to the fights, it will make the arc greater as a result when it finishes. I am expecting this arc to at least double the length of the Future Trunks arc.

Whis training buu is something that I would look forward too..
But not gohan's training, it's obvious when he trains with whis his power will increase exponentially, he is gohan after all..
Piccolo and roshi being trained by whis would be out of this world good..

If this arc will indeed be a survival/death match-type tournament, it makes sense why Goten and Trunks won't participate. Chi Chi and Bulma probably wouldn't allow them to enter.

Likewise, Tenshinhan is far too overprotective to Chaozu, that's why he probably wouldn't participate as well.

We already have one Dragonball Evolution reference. And Piccolo didn't really do a ki blast, it was more of a shockwave from what I remember.
