How many people is Goku gonna get killed because he keeps interacting with the insane little murder monster Zeno turned out to be?

You can sort of blame this on Beerus and Champa more for holding the first tournament. Yes though....Zeno is a mass murderer.

So it's neither, then? More like a "Hey, can we have that tournament soon?" "Okay, it's now." "Wait-" situation? I suppose this still means that there probably won't be a training period.

Unless the gods from the other universes who probsbly have no idea a tournament is going to take place can get 10 fighters in an hour I doubt that is how it is going to happen.

When I say "now" at this universal scale I don't mean immediately, but more in the neighbourhood of one week. I'm pretty sure Zen'ou doesn't care if one or two universes aren't able to find enough fighters in that time.

I guess they will have to put a food trail to the rosat to trick Whis into training them inside there.

Hyped about the new OP. Is there any reason why Hironobu isn't singing though? He's pretty much the face of DB songs, to be honest.

Kageyama and his JAM Project band belong to Lantis, a label that doesn't have a contract with Toei, unlike Avex or Columbia. That's why he didn't sing anything for any Toei show in a while.

And i might be wrong here, but i think it's been years since Kageyama last worked solo, he's always with JAM project these days.

I agree. However as I believe they will insert comedy...I think Buu will get matched with Piccolo if it is that sort of contest. I'm interested to know the tournament format because there is just such a large field of contestants.

This time I'm expecting more of a "Remember that tournament Zen'ou talked about?" "Yeah?" "That's now." "WHAT" situation, honestly.

The preview says the tournament starts because Goku asks for it:

At Goku’s request, the Omni-Kings’ “Tournament of Power” martial arts tournament between universes now begins!

Oh man, now that's bad, goku probably asked just because he wanted to fight, there goes any chance of guys having time to train out of the window..
Goku will probably say start it asap

We don't know when Goku requested it, Zen-oh will then have to set everything up and contact all 11 other universes and on top of that they'll need preparation so there will be plenty of time to train I'd imagine. This won't be like Freeza where everyone is cobbled together last minute, plus looking at the key visual both 17&18 are wearing tracksuit (which would be too coincidental if everyone was rounded asap) and Gohan found hi gi! So it's very likely they've had sufficient prep time. Now will we see it is another question I think they will just skirt over it like the U6 arc.

I think "team battle" just means the 10 man teams representing each universe, not that each team will have sub-teams.
