No, Goku would've won. Roshi didn't have enough energy unlike Goku, who had more energy. In the manga, Goku nearly throw Roshi out of the ring, and Roshi soon planed on the kick. And because of the size differences the kicks were already nearly the same, Roshi only had a smaller advantage, but the strenghts were already similiar, if they had the same size in bodies Roshi would've definitely lost.

I would say Mr. Satan should be as strong as that one actor/fighter kid that Goku fought in the first round of the 22nd budokai. Also stronger than ran fan.
But as I said, Krillin and Roshi (specifically Krillin) managed to resist bullets, I know they were bleeding, but something similar happened in DBZ in the beggining when Bulma had a gun and Roshi and Krillin (who are already much stronger) had holes on their bodies, it was just made for comical situations. Krillin and Roshi survived the bullets, but Satan was going to die if it wasn't for Majin Buu.

I agree he could one shot Bacterian. Nam was only there to save his village. People that strong probably usually don't go there. I do think Chappa is stronger, but not by too much.
Well, the level of strenght in participants was weaker in the 24th to present than 23rd and below. Akkuman was also said to enter the tournaments and win 2 of them, who knows if he found Chappa on other ones. But that's just speculation, no need to take this serious.
Pamputt was also a very strong fighter who managed to brake a wall easily, probably without using all of his strenght. That's something people from Krillin 21st Budokai (maybe Giran) and above can do, also without using all of their strenght.
I don't think Pamputt is stronger than Chappa at all. So Chappa should be above the 21st Budokai fighters if that was the case. Roshi was wondering how Goku improved when he was about to fight Chappa, and considering he saw how fast Goku was against Akkuman and his fight against Grandpa Gohan, I doubt Roshi would've had doubts about Goku or see how he improved, he would've been more sure if Goku was going to win against Chappa, he even said the fight was gonna be tough, but we know how it resulted in the end. I just can't see Chappa being weaker than any of Baba's fighters.

Roshi had enough energy to throw a final kick. He just knew he couldn't keep on fighting.

Ya, though we don't know if people like Nam, or Chappa would survive bullets like Roshi and Krillin.

Breaking a stone wall is something Mr. Satan could probably do. Mr. Satan also survived being smacked over 100ft by Cell, lol.

Roshi had enough energy, sure. But that doesn't imply that he was much stronger than Goku. The kick was his last chance, Roshi was < Goku after the whole oozaru sequence, it was the size differencies that make Roshi's and Goku's kicks being equal. If they had the same size, Goku would've won the match easily.

Ya, though we don't know if people like Nam, or Chappa would survive bullets like Roshi and Krillin.
Nam manage to fight well with Goku, and this Goku is a lot stronger than the Goku from Beggining of Dragon Ball, who himself is able to resist bullets. That makes us believe that Nam is able to resist bullets. Chappa, who has to be stronger than Nam for the reasons I said earlier, would also be able to resist. Again, Roshi said that he wanted to see how Goku improved, if Chappa was a weak opponent that doesn't resist bullets, then it would be silly for Roshi to think Goku would have a tough fight with Chappa.

Mr Satan got a swollen hand just from breaking 15 or 14 tiles, but Pamputt broke a very thick wall with a lot of wide area easily with his elbow, without any damage (something Goku and Krillin could do too at the 21st Budokai). Pamputt's feat seems greater than Satan's IMO. I don't think Satan would have broke the wall, and if he does, then he would probably hurt himself. Mr Satan, who can't resist a bullet at all, would be far weaker than Krillin during Roshi's training at all, if Satan is not able to resist bullets. The human fighters on the Dragon Ball series were on a different level than the ones from Mr Satan era.

The size difference made Roshi's kick slightly stronger, not equal. If it was equal it would of been a tie.

Ya that makes sense. It's just weird how weak Mr. Satan is since he is the world champion. He also was strong enough to beat people like Pintar who was basically a giant.

True, but Mr. Satan is pretty tough

The fight did end in a tie for a moment. Neither Goku or Roshi managed to stand up after the 10 count, so they decided to see who stands up first. Goku managed to stand up first, but later couldn't. I agree that Roshi's kick was just slightly stronger, but still, it was just the size difference, Goku would've won if it wasn't for that, they were equals on the match.

Well, I did recall the Announcer told Goku before the 25th Tournament, that ever since Goku and the rest stopped going at the tournaments, the level of strenght on the participants was lower. Also 11 years passed between the 23rd and 24th, it would explain why the participants from the present were weaker.

Well yeah, he managed to resist a broken wall, but he was still hurted, he admitted himself, but anyways, the world champion had to survive no matter what happens (through the Buu saga, we are witnesses of that ;) ).

Well yes, but he may of been talking about people like Goku, Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, and Roshi. They were always the top contenders and they stopped going.

The announcer flat-out said the level of competition became boring after the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. He's saw people fight faster than the human eye can see, jump hundreds of feet in the air, walls being destroyed, and an old man destroy the moon. Mr. Satan can do none of that stuff or the likes.
DSB wrote:Chi Chi [at peak] vs Videl [at peak , No Flight]

who wins ?
Even with flight Videl would be taken down swiftly. Chi-Chi can jump super high very easily as shown during her fight with Goku and there's also the possibility that she would beat Videl before she even has a chance to move.

Well, this doesn't really count as it was clear only there for comic relief. There's no way he can remain conscious from Trunks punching him or take getting smashed half-way through a wall but almost die from a bullet.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

Final Flash vs Perfect Cell

What if Cell didnt dodge that and took it head on ? Would he die ??? [assuming if he Gets hit , he gets hit fully , none of his cells will live on]

And How much Damage could that Final Flash do to 100% Perfect Cell ????

Cell is obliterated. The only reason he survived in the first place is because he dodged in the last second.

Cell tanks. Using his full power there should be enough of a difference for that to be possible.

- He probably gets decimated, however he could survive by powering up at the last second.

- He tanks it easily.

Um you realize the only people who could do those things were the main characters right? I'm comparing Mr. Satan to the other contestants who were fodder like Pamput, Ran Fan, ect.

Bullets are small and pierce through your skin. It isn't really the same as blunt force trauma. Mr. Satan has some low superhuman level feats, and the fact he could beat someone like Pintar who is like 500 pounds and can do back flips means he is extremely strong.

Pamput destroyed a wall with a simple elbow smash and Nam can jump hundreds of feet in the air. He also fought on par with Goku on the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai so he probably could fight faster than eyesight.

Also comic book standards for what's normal strength-wise is obviously much different from real-life. Beating up a guy like Pintar isn't really superhuman.

Mr. Satan destroyed 14 brikcs with one chop. That is almost as good as breaking a cement wall. Ya Nam is way above Mr. Satan, but he is also above Pamput.

Those were roofing tiles and no it's not nearly as impressive as casually destroying a wall.. especially considering Mr. Satan nearly broke his hand destroying them.

Well, actually, I don't think breaking 14 bricks is an amazing feat as breaking a very very thick wall. I would say Pamput is around Goku or Roshi's level considering Goku broke the same thick wall (if I remember correctly) and with a bit more effort too. In the 22nd Budokai, Roshi admitted that Pamput was a very strong fighter in comparison to human level, which is around the 21st Budokai level.

I have another round:
Tien (Buu Saga) vs Cooler's Armored Squadron

I don't think he nearly broke his hand breaking the tiles. It just hurt. And braking 14 tiles isn't easy at all. Not as good as breaking a concrete wall, but it shouldn't be more than a couple times less of a feat (as long as they weren't easy to break tiles).
