It's not hard to imagine a sequel to Super in ten or fifteen years' time just as Super came along after DBZ had ended almost twenty years before.
Now, if only they'd make a "Yuyu Hakusho" room as well - nothing could be more far-fetched.
I put Naruto and One Piece in that category as well.
I don't think we'll have to wait that long, we'll probably get it the minute Super ends.
It's nowhere near as popular as DB is so you're right, it's very far fetched but if it works for DB then I can see Naruto getting one and One Piece after its manga is over.

DB is one of the biggest brands in the world for multiple companies so there's no way the death of a voice or even the author himself will stop it.
Look at Carrie Fisher and Star Wars, it's only been a little over a week since she passed away and they're already talking about how to move around that for EP9, one of the options they're looking at is having her character be CGI and voiced by someone else.
So when it comes to these big franchises, no one's death is going to stop them from going forward.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.
