Is Vegito ruined?

When Vegito appeared in Dragon Ball Super, i wasnt very impressed, i feel that it was short (which it was) and didnt have much meaning. And what about goten? They really ruined these two for me. And when is gohan coming back, dont tell me that watagashi episode was his time, are you serious? I am in love with dragon ball super(and dbz) and i always will, (i even go to school and behave saiyan like, whch has gotten me in trouble) but this has upset me.

Vegetto is barely a character, he's a tool that was created when Toriyama wrote himself into a corner and couldn't think of a way of defeating the super strong bad guy he built up.

He summarized what I think about vegito. He's much better with this weakness.

Gotens character has actually gotten better, we just haven't really seen him much .

Gohan will get his time to shine.

They are growing up soon, we have Hints dropped in the show and there's eoz..

It depends on how he's used.

If Goku and Vegeta continue to fight on their own and only fuse when it's life or death then yes.

As of now I don't think so cause he got great screen time (although short) and they didn't change his personality like GT did with Gogeta.

Every Zamasu Black arc consequence ruined everything
Vegito lost all his sense of urgency, by establishing that is no more a permanent fusion, and you can rely on potaras every time you need to do it

Then, ruined Future Trunks too, he ends being basically a pussy who didn't save nothing but Mai, and let his universe and all his loves be destroyed, living Now with himself and another Mai, and burning all his struggles to beat androids and cell

I still have nightmares and remorse by thinking to that epilogue, one of the worst, if not THE worst ever, and all is worsen by thinking we'll not have ft returning anymore to shine again

Agreed with this. I loved that he was still his cocky self. Still, I also liked that Zamasu legitimately gave him a challenge.

I don't know, I thought the ending consequence was great. I loved that it was sort of a pyrrhic victory.

Couldn't have said it any better. I don't get why so many people still cry about that "retcon"

About Goten and Trunks, it feels strange going from Buu arc where they are major characters, to DBS where they are just background ones.
Even though that's in line with the end of Z, I feel like they could have done more with them. Let's see what excuse they'll use to not have them take part to the next tournament.

Same. I'm a big Goten fan and while I like how they're moving towards his EOZ self, but I just wish they'd show him more

He is in the sense that yet another power up, is now ruined as a generic who gives a shit power up...as well as contextually ruining a great moment in the Boo arc. It's now just a better fusion dance.....like how Super Saiyan 2, 3, etc. was a more powerful Super Saiyan form(s)...woo.......and exploitable to all hell...
