Any translations of the Daizenshuu guides going around?

Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

Any translations of the Daizenshuu guides going around?

Post by nato25 » Tue Jan 31, 2017 7:39 am

I just got my copy of Daizenshuu 4 & 7 in the mail, the world guide and encyclopedia versions respectively. I think I got a really good price for them and was very happy with the condition, even a lot of the inserts were included. These books are nothing short of awesome if your a Dragon Ball fan, there seems to be so much info and so much sketches, concept art and official artwork all put together in an awesome package.

Only problem is basically the whole thing is in pure Japanese outside of some random titles so I wanted to know if anyone knows of any translations that are available online so I could read along with it or something like that. I don't really have my hopes up as I feel it's mostly just select pages that get translated but trying my luck.

Thanks in advance!

Kanzenshuu's guides & Herms' topics already translated most of its relevant information, including table of contents. Is there anything in paticular you need translated that they haven't covered?

There are also the Spanish translations of Chozenshuu 1 and 2, they are called Dragon Ball Compendio 1 and 2, hopefully they will translate Chozenshuu 3 and 4. Of course that is only an option if you read Spanish :)
