Why didn't Babidi enslave Freeza?

Vegeta wasn't begging for forgiveness or mercy like Freeza.... in fact, he cried because of his shattered pride. Freeza was just being a pussy who can't face reality.

He was crying because his pride was shattered, same thing. Just more humiliating, Freeza begged Goku because 75% percent of his body was gone, and he was going to die. He also tried to use that energy to kill Goku.

Dabura was as evil as Freeza (or maybe more). And he was much stronger than regular Freeza. Even Vegeta who wasn't evil at all couldn't really resist Babidi (he showed some resistance, but don't forget he almost killed his wife with thousand of inoccent people in Budokai). He was trying to become stronger than Goku, but he was dominated. I can't see why Freeza could resist...
But in his golden form I think (not sure) he could resist because his power was in another level.

Babidi's magic ignores strength. The only reason why Vegeta was capable of fighting back against Babidi's magic was because of pride. Freeza has pride in spades, he has the tool to fight of Babbidi

You mean Vegeta the Cell enabler? Honestly I'd put them both in the same ballpark, except Freeza is more cunning, but he's really, really, really prideful and arrogant. He shot Goku because Goku broke his pride. vegeta would wait, but Freeza would shoot, he's more prideful and arrogant.
