I'm worried about this too. I want to know more about them, Daishinkan and Zeno. In general, about the gods' hierarchy.Hellspawn28 wrote:I do worry with so many new Gods is that we won't know much about them and they will mostly be use as background characters.

The fox and yellow mouse are my favorites, interested to see the green robot. The old grey vulture looks like it has a cap on lol. I don't really like the fat Angels, but all their hairdos are great. The elderly Kaioshin look good.
Tim Duncan is dope and forever.

I'm still surprised because of the brown Angel not being the Dwarf angel at all (and btw he is the only Hakaishin apart from Beerus that doesn't appear in the trailer). Will they be important to the story? The both of them being from different universes yet being revealed sooner than the rest makes me think so.

I don't mean to sound arrogant or condescending but I was pretty sure they weren't a pair when I saw that they didn't share the same symbols like Beerus-Whis and Champa-Vados. I'm pretty sure V-Jump just included them as random teases for the arc, I don't think there was any hidden meaning behind it.MisteryOne wrote:I'm still surprised because of the brown Angel not being the Dwarf angel at all (and btw he is the only Hakaishin apart from Beerus that doesn't appear in the trailer). Re: The New Gods of the Universe Survival Arc Discussion Thread
I know what the missing two Gods of Destruction look like.
Sorta. In the 30 second teaser at 9 seconds in, the distant platform behind the pillar all the way to the right shows a greyish somewhat blue or green figure. My initial reaction is that it is a lizard or snake based God of Destruction. A second before, to the left of the tiny mouse God of Destruction, there appears to be a small God of Destruction that resembles a golden falcon.
The golden falcon (if he or she is a falcon) God of Destruction has a short fat pink Kai with a cropped hairdo (it looks small on his head). The Angel is tall, husky, with a green and brown outfit. He has a sort of slick backed look to his hair and his tabard seems to have two symbols on it. The resolution is otherwise too low for me to make out what shapes they are. Tiny probability of the God of Destruction being female.
The snake fella (if he is a snake) has a weird looking green Kai that is short with a large head. Reminds me of those aliens from Toy Story. The Angel is similar, short with a large head.

I was already aware of the simbols, but that was exactly the reason I trough they would be a pair. If they were random designs, why didn't they just show the pair?SaiyanZ wrote:I don't mean to sound arrogant or condescending but I was pretty sure they weren't a pair when I saw that they didn't share the same symbols like Beerus-Whis and Champa-Vados. It would be as well the first time we would see minor characters designs before the main ones since ROF.Even Zamasu was showed at the same time that Goku Black implying some type of relevance. 17 is definetly not a random character on this arc (just like 18, since they are getting new outfits) so I don't see why the would include two completely unrelated and random designs.

Really hope that the gods who will be introduced won't be just background characters. Also it would be nice if they reveal how the Hakaishin are picked. Maybe the Angels search the Universe for individuals with high potential ?

Xenoverse 2 already gives an option on how Hakaishins are picked. There is a race and the winner is the one to be chosen. I think this is the method when there are more candidates than the "normal" to become Hakaishin.RehBeh wrote:Also it would be nice if they reveal how the Hakaishin are picked. Huh. Interesting, but isn't Xenoverse is it's own thing right outside of Super's continuity ? So i'm not sure the same lore will be used there, but there is a chance.

I can't think of one reason why they should be in separate continuities.RehBeh wrote:Isn't Xenoverse is it's own thing right outside of Super's continuity?

I mean why it should be ? Also as far as we know Time Patron and Chronoa dosn't exist on Super.Jinzoningen MULE wrote:I can't think of one reason why they should be in separate continuities.RehBeh wrote:Isn't Xenoverse is it's own thing right outside of Super's continuity?

We've had no indication that they don't exist. Just because they aren't explicitly mentioned doesn't mean that we should assume their absence.RehBeh wrote:...as far as we know Time Patrol and Chronoa don't exist on Super.

But wouldn't the God of Time attend at Zeno's tournament? I mean she has a really important role and keeping her out seems odd to me. Maybe i'm wrong though.Jinzoningen MULE wrote:We've had no indication that they don't exist. How likely is that red thing in the OP Goku does a new form?
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

What a rather gloomy and intimidating bunch, I find it very easy to believe that Beerus and Champa are the nicer gods out of these guys.Khin wrote:Better look at some of the Gods of Destruction:
