You can give me your opinions about what your favorites scenes in this arc and why, I'll start!
#10. The Fall Of Zamasu

"Zamasu...!"
I remember that many thought Zamasu was going to turn out to be an ally, he was portrayed as a Kaioshin apprentice that had many doubts about the duties of the Gods in protecting their respective universe and sinful mortals. He wasn't satisfied that Gods of Creation should just observe and do nothing, he wanted to do justice with his own hands no matter what and the beginning of his fall where in this scene where he killed a Barbari. I felt that could be given time to be elaborated a little more, but still decent.
#9. Vegetto appears!
"You became one, so we became one as well. I'm the fusion between Vegeta and Kakarotto, Vegetto!"
Could you believe it in the hype after the Episode 66 preview? This could be the climax of the arc, the final battle: Mortals fusion vs. Gods fusion! But sadly didn't turn out like that, Vegetto lasted less than 10 minutes on screen, disappointing many who thought he would last the whole episode. Gowasu explanation about Potara not being an eternal fusion for mortals wasn't that much convincing which gave me the impression Vegetto was back just for fan service.
#8."Ore wa Saiyajin no Ouji, Vegeta-sama da!"
"Shall I tell you where you miscalculated?"
You know, first time I watched this scene I dislike it because it didn't make any sense! But ignoring the factors that made me not enjoy it, it was quite a memorable scene! Screw it how Vegeta managed to surpass Black, just feel it! His speech to Zamasu who stole the body of his rival: he showed respect to Goku once again, despising Black for being just a vessel and that he lacks what Saiyans are truly made of!
And of course to anyone that got used with the original japanese voice acting just get chills after hearing Horiwaka's Vegeta most memorable line!
#7. Future Trunks attacks Goku!

"YOU BASTARD!"
Talking about chills, that's a scene that gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it! Some may say it was predictable, but for me was well done. The way how was build from the previous episode to this one, made it look convincing! Future Trunks was struggling inside, his world has been passing through a crisis once more, now lead to an enemy with the same appearance of an old friend he saved from certain death in the past timeline. This new enemy brought him so much despair! Killed his mother and girlfriend (apparently), even though Trunks fought bravely after, he barely survived in his attempt to escape. After being fully recovered the first thing he sees is the face of the same man that caused him that much suffering, moments of pain came back to his mind! He throws a hard punch without knowing he was attacking his actual friend. Now wasn't that a great way to end an episode? I felt the tension, but sadly was ruined in the first moments of the subsequent episode.
#6. Future Trunks vs. Goku Black

"HOW DARE YOU?! MAI!"
Have I talked about how the soundtrack was improved greatly in this arc? Just review this from start to finish, the BGM fits perfectly! Which for me is a plus as it makes the scene's atmosphere feels even better! Now, by this time we didn't know much about what was Goku Black... Why he talks about Saiyans like he's not one either? Why he says "death is blessing for foolish human beings"? This is where all the mystery was being built through his character and was an interesting start. This fight was good, showed how savage Black could be and seeing Trunks's cunning tactics to escape was nice too! What a great start of an arc.
#5. Super Saiyan Rosé

"How is this colour. Isn't it beautiful? If I were to name it in your style, it would be... Rosé."
Now, whoever hasn't criticized this form when we first knew about it before its debut, cast the first stone! "Another dumb recolor?", "Why pink?", "White would be better.", but we didn't realized how this color would suit so well in a character like Goku Black, that transformation scene was amazing, his flamboyant speech was even better, he was so proud of what he achieved: a power that not even Son Goku by himself could reach (at time), such a glory for a being "which its whole existence is simply vastly superior" as he claimed to himself.
#4. Goku vs. Goku Black

"This isn't Son Goku fighting Son Goku. That Black fellow's Ki feels different."
Why this is so high on my list? It wasn't that amazing at all, an average fight with somewhat good choreography and animation? Well it's more about the impact this scene had in the series in my point of view than just a raw analysis. First let take a look to these videos, if we put them together is almost 6 millions views of people that were interested in the "Evil Goku" concept, overused in many fanfics prior to this arc. Now what I want to say with that? Well, the sole reason of an evil version of the main character in a series is to contrast the good nature of the latter as they would eventually fight against the other. When we first knew the enemy would be an evil version of Goku this was predictable, but we didn't know we would get that so soon! Boy, what an interesting scene it was, not by the fight itself, but their interactions! Nozawa perfomance doing both Black and Goku were top-notch! I was pleased that they kept the mystery surrounding Black while he was fighting with Goku, a great decision. I'm aware this scene had flaws, but I liked a lot.
#3. Goku and Future Trunks vs. Goku Black and Zamasu

"They won't be easy to beat."
Back to #8, forget about the power scaling, screw it how Trunks managed to be useful and survive this, this fight was AMAZING! When was the last time we had 2-on-2 fight in this franchise? I don't remember! Such a great scene, starting from Goku vs. Zamasu and then Black shows up and both are willing to kill him, until Trunks interferes and makes everything looks even better, that Shida's cut was outstanding! It's a matter of opinions but I prefer this over his later cut in Vegetto vs. Merged Zamasu episode. This team battle is probably one of my favorites fight scenes on Super to date.
#2. Goku's Rage

"You stole my body... And even killed Chichi and Goten..."
The first time I watched this I was speechless. When was the last time we saw Goku this angry? In the Freeza arc maybe? A long ago! People were and still are criticizing Goku's portrayal on Super and I'll not lie that I'm one of those, I don't like his characterization in this series, but let's talk about this scene... The cruel way in which Zamasu revealed how he wished with the Super Dragon Balls to exchange bodies with Goku and at the same instant we saw him from that timeline turning into a "green guy". He, Goten and Chichi had no clues of what was happening! Suddenly a weird dressed person with the very Goku likeness kill him and his family looks terrified, confused of what they just saw, then this same person kill them after in cold blood. Goku close his eyes don't believing in what he heard, while the two smile he bursts out in angry saying he will make them pay for that! Now the fight wasn't that impressive, but Goku was fierce and giving his all, when he finally pushes Black to a corner, he tries to land a punch while his enemy down! Was that the first time Goku attempted to murder someone in his adulthood? My goodness! But then Black clenched his fist, blasted Goku away and finished him with a dazzling move. That was one of the rare scenes in the franchise where being possessed by rage didn't result in anything. Terrific.
#1. Gohan says goodbye to Trunks

"Trunks-san! Be well!"
I don't know how start... How I hated the ending of this arc, how I disliked Trunks because of his infinite asspulls to keep himself relevant to the plot, but should I blame the character for that or the writters? That's the question. I would wish for the arc end in the same instant Trunks defeated Zamasu with his Sword of Hope, it would be very worthy, but instead we got a crap conclusion that lead us to a scene of him crying while looking to present Gohan remembering his old mentor from the past, very upset with himself as in the end he couldn't avoid his world destruction. Is this sweat in my eyes or what? Man, that scene made me feel so sad, what a tragic end for this arc, what a tragic fate to Trunks, but what made me feel better is that he smiled when Gohan told to him be well... Farewell Trunks.
