There were bad music in parts but the music that played when Gohan was trying to teach Videl about energy was really good. Also that scene out of context looks wrong...

How the hell did Vegeta not know Trunks was able to go SS?

He didn't train with him before? I mean, Gohan didn't know about Goten & he's his brother.

I can buy the Goten one since it didn't seem Gohan trained at all and was just about his studies, but it was implied that Vegeta I find it hard to believe that this was the first time Trunks decided to train with him. Plus why wouldn't Trunks show off about it to his father sooner? Again I can buy the Goten one since Chichi.

For reference, here is the Japanese title translated by our friends here at Kanzenshuu.
"Everyone is Shocked! Goten and Trunks’ Super Battle!!"
みんなビックリ！悟天とトランクスの超バトル！！. The only difference is the Exclamation points after "Battle". And could "Shocked" also be translated as "Surprised" too?

Yeah just waiting for it to be active and get more info but this probably means that Kai will wrap up by June and Super will start being released in July, presumably monthly for the first couple sets to catch up and then normal schedule. Not a bad plan by FUNi in all honesty.

An idea i thought up, only for consistency for everybody, for after the first few printings go out of stock, they could just repackage the same sets as "Seasons" since they both have about 26~ish episodes and since I have the Seasons, consistency can work for everybody!

Wow, didn't think they would announce it this soon but I'm delighted as it will mean I get to have a Kai marathon and see the remainder of the series come June (fingers crossed for part three to be released then).

Besides Kai 1.0 did well on Toonami despite being on home video for years, there's no reason the same can't happen for 2.0

My wallet will disagree with me at the time, but I'm kind of happy they will seemingly be burning through it really quickly. They no doubt realize that while Kai will sell no doubt, it's Super that people will be really clamoring for, and there's no reason to let Kai's sales be diminished by Super even more by letting them both be coming out at the same time. I figure that's another reason we're getting so many episodes per set right off the bat with this one - Super I'm fully expecting to go to the more standard 13-or-so episodes a set at first.

FUNi have listed stuff that isn't due out in May ie Free! they have annouced for July yesterday yet it's solicited here. So I am really hoping Kai is for May. This is literally perfect scenario.

I've had this thought so many times over the years. First it was the Season Sets. Then it was, hopefully, the Dragon Boxes (didn't manage with that one sadly). Then it was with Kai's first run. Then I finally got all of the manga. Then, we got a couple of new movies. Then Kai's come back, and Super's coming...

...My point is, anyone out there absolutely filthy rich want to bump me with their car, just a little bit? Enough to where you have to lend me some cash? It'd be greatly appreciated.

I don't think they're going to release something like that, the reason they're releasing this so fast is to get to Super so this will more than likely be the only thing we get.

Yup once Kai is out the way Super will be the daddy. We're getting a season set as a part they're pretty much not gonna touch Kai again after TFC is done.

And THAT is why I don't care for your posts in these threads at all. If you don't like the English dub, why comment in English dub forums? Your posts have more often than not pissed people off. Mostly me, but I don't see many people coming to your aid in these particular forums.
