Why does Mr. Boo even need to sleep at all?

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

He's not sleeping because he has to, he's sleeping because he wants to.

It gets boring when you got no work all day long, he dosen't fight nor does he do any job, sleeping and eating are only things he can do..
He dosen't need it but he kind of wants to

I honestly find it quite odd that people are complaining about Boo sleeping all day, but slept for 5 seconds in the manga. Like seriously, if we were to apply some common sense, there are people that sleep for 10 hours and that same person can sleep for half that amount someday. Things like this don't have to be consistent.

Well he sure ran out of stamina when kid buu but was mopping the floor with his face :)

There is a limit to his stamina. Plus he likes to sleep.

They're trying to make Buu like Snorlax.

He doesn't have infinite stamina. His stamina regenerates without needing nutrients, but even Buu can drain stamina if he fights stronger opponents.
Toyotarō: … I get the feeling I’ve just heard something amazing (laughs). Lord Beerus and Whis turn up in Dragon Ball Super, and have become an unsurpassable wall for Goku and the gang. What do the two of them mean to you?

Toriyama: Well… First off, right now I don’t have any plans for Goku and Vegeta to surpass Beerus and Whis.

This is how toriyama gets rid of his plot device/bs/hack character, like seriously Mr Buu would shitstomp team jobber 6 with the expection of hit, and he would turn the frieza jobber army force to candy in one blast, this video explains why Mr Buu is unfair for a tournament https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mrVYXCbyFtA like dang I wish toriyama nerf Mr Buu and his bs regeneration ability, or toyble could do that job

Well yeah, that's pretty obvious. Boo would have shitted on U6 outside of Hit.

Though in the manga Kaiōshin said that Bibbidi made him, the truth is that one called “Boo” was not actually created by Bididi, but has existed since time immemorial. He cycled between rampages and long hibernation. During numerous iterations of this cycle, he absorbed the evil elements of mankind, becoming steadily more violent. Bibbidi merely knew the means of calling Boo from out of his long slumber. Since the current Boo is a slightly different life-form due to the changes brought about when the evil Boo was expelled, it’s not known whether he’ll still go into long hibernation.
Well it could be to regain power or growing in power as beerus does between his destruction acts or maybe gag scene or just to feel normal lol

Nah, ss3 is more than enough to beat boo and all of u6 are presumably stronger.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Sleeping passes time and he wouldn't be able to do anything during the night because everyone else would be sleeping.
