I've pretty much got my "dream collection" aside from one last DVD box set that i'm still on the look for... which I won't name otherwise someone might snap it up and try selling it to me for triple the price

The things I'd most immediately like to have that I don't (nor do I have space or money for them right now) are a run of the kanzenban and various Toriyama/Dragon Ball art books.

Really, that's all I'd want outside of whatever the best home releases of the anime are. I'm not huge on collecting memorabilia.
