I don't seem to remember that ever being on Toonami but then again, I wasn't around during 2005 to 2006 so perhaps things did get swapped towards the end. The only major show I remember Toonami acquiring was the early seasons of Pokemon during 2004.
I started watching Yu-Gi-Oh in 2001 on Sky One, it was shown on sunday mornings along with Pokémon and it was later picked up by Nickelodeon. It was definitely not on Toonami UK though.

But I agree with the rest in this thread, with the exception of a few shows it didn't air Cartoon Network UK was my childhood and I will always hold nostalgia for the 1993-2007 years. Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow & Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Samurai Jack, Xiaolin Showdown, and Beyblade were some of my favourites alongside Dragon Ball.
CITV were also pretty aweosme back in the day, they aired Cardcaptors aswell as Digimon and stuff like Spider-man TAS. Man kids TV used to be so awesome back in the day.

Speaking of CITV they air Digimon currently and isn't that a Toei show? Maybe they could Super?

It might've been a good idea to have at least mentioned that in the first post so as to avoid confusion.

Then perhaps they're aren't enough of these folks on English forums? I don't hear from them.
Well, you probably don't hear from these Spanish speaking DB fans from Latin America because they don't speak English.
That's... kinda the point I was alluding to with the whole "English forums" part. I realize an English forum isn't going to attract many Spanish speaking fans but that's why the purpose of this thread seems misguided. Especially if discussion about CN in English territories (something this forum has no shortage of) is being discouraged.

I get what your saying. There really isn't a lot of latin American fans posting on these forums. But there are some. Like me, Cure Dragon 255, and many more(though not that many). I do think this thread should have included "for latin American fans" in the title or explained who this question was directed for. Which in this case was for the latin American fanbase.

But I do like the direction the thread is taking. I just didnt want for it to take over the thread entirely. I do love the UK and I'm highly interested in what goes on there.

If you want a piece of trivia about how the show used to air: After DBZ had aired its entire run around 2005, the airing schedule became completely incomprehensible to my child mind at the time; my brother and I would watch episode #291, and we'd get all excited about episode #1 airing again, he'd give me a quick recap about events from OG Dragon Ball, and then suddenly an episode from the Cell saga would be on next, and we'd both be super-confused.
This was sort of the norm, from what I remember, with cartoon shows: The airing order would be basically random. For Dragon Ball, since there's a lot of continuity, they'd generally air the episodes in a saga in order, but the sagas themselves were aired pretty randomly.
I think GT often avoided this due to its short length, although I think that might just be because Toonami closed in 2006, only a year after DB and GT started airing on the channel, so not enough time passed for it to begin airing randomly.
The point of Dragon Ball is to enjoy it. Never lose sight of that.

I remember them doing this actually. Back when Z first ended during its UK run on CNX, they immediately started GT the following week while also going back to the Saiyan saga and airing Z from the start again. But when CNX became Toonami UK they kept starting from the episode were Gohan and Trunks discover the 2nd Time Machine. Sometimes they actually would go back and air Z from the beginning, but it eventually became rarer for them to do so. I remember around early-mid 2005 they would literally only air the Imperfect Cell saga over and over again before taking Z off the air for good. It actually got really annoying after awhile as I preferred the earlier arcs and missed seeing them.

The original DB didn't even stay on the air long after finishing its UK run. They did the same annoying thing with that ie. constantly repeating the Piccolo Jr saga only, and not airing earlier arcs anymore.
