Sparking! 4 or Budokai 4?

Just like others said, I would prefer an RPG with a storyline. If the battle system was done like the Bouncer, maybe but it depends on how detailed the game is, storywise and such. Maybe they could add a new storyline but I heard bad things about the Shin Boudokai original storyline. Plus, No online Dragonball online RPG. Plus, I don't want to play a game where I have to join a bunch of immature n00bs who might demand me to give them zenny or whatever. I can see it now...

online player 1- *sends PM* I'm new here. I need friends. CAN I HAVE SOME ZENNY! OMG YOUR ORUGINAL CHARACTER IS SO KEWLLL!!!!!!

online player 2 who gets the PM- *blocks sender*

online player 2 *gets another 10 messages from another user saying the same thing*- Remember me, I was that person who asked for zenny. Anyway, WHERE IS MUH ZENNY YOU PROMISED!

online player 2-*smashes head against keyboard*

This is why I never play FFXI online.

If you have to catch fish in a DB RPG, you'd need naked Goku. How would Atari handle that?


Hmm, we think a DB RPG should cover the existing story exclusively, have an original story, or give you absolute freedom that would basically allow you to screw with the story in lots of insane ways?

Absolute freedom will be a big problem, since many points in the story hinge on something very specific. For example, if anything interferes with Goku's training at King Kai's, Vegeta becomes unbeatable.

Yeah the DB fan base is so annoying and immature, most of the MMO fan base is too the two combined would be unplayable IMO.
