People really jumped the gun on that one.

The other one I saw a bunch of people complaining about was Cabba supposedly beating up Vegeta in this episode, that also didn't happen.

I was kinda hoping there'd be some better explanation for what Blue was though but never mind.

What I liked about that episode : we get a serious tone for the fights , Vegeta VS 3 in the beginning, U10 fighters being mean with Kale...(lol no wonder Zamasu disliked those ningen), also Hit and Jiren were cool in this ep. Kale being frustrated and crying also worked but I was not convinced by the transformation. I don't know how you guys felt it but I didn't get any sensation of violence when Kale fought, even the pride trooper was beaten off-screen ! This was one frustration this episode gave me. There is a second one : when Goku faced that Yardrat guy, it was the occasion for interactions between those two !!! I hope he managed to teleport instead of being eliminated by Caulifla

To be fair its been 1 episode and we dont know what will happen next. Also noone is saying she will turn Blue...they just said if she did thats pretty bad. I dont think she will but you might be setting yourself up with this post if she somehow does in an upcoming episode.

Completely random question and I didn't want to make a thread just to ask it.

Does every Universe have a Demon Realm or is there just the one Demon Realm that makes up the opposite of the 12 living universes?

There is no reason not the believe every universe dosen't has it's demon realm, every one of them seems to have a kaioshin realm of their own, why not the opposite

They handled that well, and I'm super glad they didn't teach Caulifla SSB in this episode. I do not believe for a second that Kale is SSB tier. You all forget that Goku fought both Krillin and No. 17 with SSB blue, that doesn't make the opponent is as strong as Goku. Get real folks.
I was glad as well, a lot of people were saying that he wouldn't be able to use his time skip abilities which was nonsense since it is part of who he is. He also saved caulifla, but, i don't know why he didn't fight Jiren.

Probably because most smart fighters will realize that not getting eliminated is worth 9x more than eliminating someone. You have to throw out 9 fighters for every one of your owthrown out (one from each universe) to break even overall.

Of course this changes a bit as the numbers dwindle down.

Hit is a smart fighter.

But, he seemed a little bit surprised with Jiren and maybe intimidated.

This

Hit is worrying about his team, knowing Jiren could be way stronger than him, and that he potentially risk a two or three shot elimination, he prefers to stand back and protect his teammates

Something Goku will never do
I'm thinking he's so confident about Jiren cause he hides a new form since the start of this arc, imho he managed to switch kaiohken from the instant to power up status to the form one, a super saiyan kaiohken maybe?
And that could be the teased form

If Jiren is way stronger than Hitto that will be lame, because, that means U6 doesn't stand a chance to survive.

What I think is going to happen in the next episode based on the NEP and Spoilers.
Goku is going to fight the frog Pride Trooper and easily knocks him off of the ring. Then Goku will get attacked by some Universe 3 fighters, who will most likely get ringed out too.
Kahseral will fight Android 17 and 18, and they will eliminate him. After that, the androids will have a huge chance of getting knocked out of the ring.
Master Roshi will fight with the female Pride Trooper Cocotte and possibly get eliminated at the end of the episode.
Vegeta will continue fighting with Cabba.
The little Pride Trooper and the one with a mustache are going to fight with Kale and Caulifla. Caulifla might get ringed out after saving Kale, and Kale will learn how to control her powers and eliminate the 2 Pride Troopers.
Gowasu's number 1 fan.

So, figure I'd relay something interesting to keep in mind as we head towards and get closer to October:

Starting in October, TV Asahi will be moving two of their Toei shows, Super Sentai and Kamen Rider, to the 9AM hour (with Pretty Cure remaining at 8:30AM). Now, what's the significance towards this? TV Asahi's morning block airs on Sunday mornings, from 7AM to 9AM (though the 6:30AM slot would sometimes be the start time, varied when it was there or not). By the fact that TV Asahi is moving two of their Toei shows to 9AM, we have an interesting problem on our hand. Not only are these produced by Toei, they are also produced by Bandai (as well as sponsored by). This is a problem, because on the other channel, Fuji TV, runs Dragon Ball Super and One Piece at the same time, both produced by the same studios (with Bandai also being a sponsor for DBS and OP).

What I'm thinking to likely happen is that Dragon Ball Super (and One Piece) are likely to change time slots come this fall. We recently had a shake up at Fuji TV a couple months ago, as a new head of Fuji TV took over. We were also under the impressions that major changes were coming to the network (particularly starting in October). So given TV Asahi's moving of two of Toei's shows, as well as changes coming to Fuji TV, it's looking like a time slot change is coming.

Where it could move to, is anyone's guess. I suggested maybe DBS and OP could move to after Sazae-san later in the night (7PM hour), which is where One Piece used to being after the first time slot move. The only thing in the 7PM hour is an ungodly long Variety/Comedy show, which I could see Fuji TV probably shortening. But again, likely anyone's guess as to where these two shows will be moving to.

Again, if you see news of these two shows moving time slots come around Fall, it's not because they're doing bad. Just there's changes coming to the network.

The tournament isn't over yet and right now it's implied she's going to reach some new level of SSJ during the tournament which is already BS since just a few seconds ago she just learned how to consistently go SSJ2 so in less than 40 minutes she's going to elevate to the next SSJ level. Yeah not matter what she gets, if she gains a new SSJ level in the next 40 mins the outrage is justified.

Mh, maybe I've exaggerated saying Jiren could be way stronger than Hit, but I'm pretty sure he's strong enough to beat him without an excessive effort

Well we know Hit is supposed to have a great fight with someone. However, it might be with someone other than Jiren. Perhaps Vegeta again or Toppo. I'd love to see Hit fight Freeza personally haha.

By the way, can anyone link me to that image where it has all the universes team members (with their pics) and gods who represent them? I know it's in past pages of this thread but I've gone back quite a few pages and can't find it yet haha.

Could be great if Super switches to a more mature time slot, having more freedom to show some M for mature content again like in Z, but...maybe you've forgot two details that bring, sadly, this dream to die:

1)As far as we know, from now til October, Super could be over. If the tournament is the last arc, then we'll leap in Eoz, I predict for it to end late September at the latest

2) Super is a show for kids, so this second point is linked to the first one: his slot could be occupied by another show cause we'll have no more Super in October
A change in target will not happen for Super, chances are higher if they ( and we'll have this 100% sure) will go past eoz with a brand new show with another name

So the big news for me is that canonically it's inplying none of the Saiyans ever turned into real SSJs as if they are all some kind of false SSJ forms and Kale is the only one to achieve the "true" SSJ form. That's such an odd assumption for Vegeta to make in the middle of a battle for no apparent reason. Like what would make him draw that conclusion.

Anyway so basically, if what Vegeta is saying is true it official retcons all the SSJ forms as "false" SSJ. That's pretty amazing.
